26/03/2024: Let me start by saying that I didn't eat at the restaurant. The place is certainly well placed in terms of structure, nice, but not having eaten on site I was unable to rate the service and hospitality. Second part I got some takeaway pizzas which in the end weren't that great, I hope the next time I stop by them I can be more comprehensive in my review. To try again to be more sure of what I say
24/03/2024: Ate good pizza. The restaurant is nicely decorated and was very busy, especially pick-ups. So it was unfortunately a bit busy for a quiet meal.
The menu can be translated via QR code and the waitress also spoke English quite well.
The food was tasty. Large parking space available behind the house.

31/03/2024: 360 degree functional. Consumption on site and also (punctually) at home. It's been "my refuge" for some time now when we haven't equipped ourselves for lunch at home and, of course, we have to provide it somehow. You can sign up for one of their broadcasts on WhatsApp so that, every day, you can receive a list of products to choose from and have them delivered to your home. The list is divided into starters, side dishes, first courses, second courses, etc. etc. Ingredients and prices are mentioned.
In recent months the restaurant has expanded, so you can also dine on site. It is also a bar and tobacconist.
Highly recommended!
23/03/2024: Ci siamo seduti in 5 verso le 10 di mattina, abbiamo ordinato 4 cornetti e 5 cappuccini
Prima ci hanno portato i cornetti e dopo 20 minuti(e dico 20) sono arrivati i cappuccini sollecitati da uno di noi che si é alzato per sapere se per caso li avessero dimenticati
I prezzi sono un po’ sopra la media ma tutto sommato i cornetti non sono male
Non so, voglio pensare che sia stato un episodio isolato 🤷🏻♂️

16/03/2024: Leggendo le recensioni abbiamo potuto constatare che in questo ristorante vi è un altissima qualità, per tale ragione abbiamo deciso di prenotare.
Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla qualità delle portate,è un'esplosione di gusto, torneremo certamente!
Lo consigliamo
08/03/2024: Spaghetti al burro e acciughe, con seppie cotte a lenta cottura guarnite sopra alla spuma di nero di seppie. Abbinamento che incuriosisce ad ogni assaggio. Piatto delicato e ben bilanciato. L'ho accompagnato con un calice di vino grillo siciliano. Servizio premuroso e discreto. Complimenti, da stella Michelin.

19/03/2024: RIDICULOUS. 1 hour sitting at the table, no one showed up to offer at least a bottle of water, which is absolutely normal when you have 200 seats and only 2 waiters to serve, who I saw were very stressed by the fact that they had to run around like crazy people for 12 hours a day for those 1000 euros (maybe) a month. we waited for the food for at least another hour, only to discover that the quality is incredibly poor, a hundred times better than a Parisian hamburger, alas.
Honestly we were very disappointed, definitely the worst service I have ever had.
P.S. instead of accepting criticism do you go against it? I don't even stay in Caltanissetta, I come down once a year. Instead of insinuating that I'm a fake profile just to give a bad review, this is something that has never happened to me. Instead of criticizing you should apologize and maybe offer a glass of wine next time instead of insinuating things that aren't true🤡

12/03/2024: Never eaten so bad. The dishes were all boiled. If you take the Palermo-style swordfish they present you with a "boiled meat". If you order grilled prawns they present you with boiled prawns. The swordfish caponata looked like the dog's slop. The hospital dishes are far tastier😂 . The red mullets were fried in dirty oil and were overcooked. The chef who also came into the room looked like VITO CATOZZO, the filthy and sweaty version. from VOLTASOMACO🤮
25/02/2024: Ordered pizzas which arrived 30 minutes early telling me that we will make them again instead they reheated them for me it was enough to say so instead of making fun of them. But in any case the pizza had sour sauce and very little mozzarella. Rating 3
