18/08/2026: I find the way my experience was handled truly unacceptable. On my birthday, I entrusted you with a special occasion, but due to an error in the cake preparation, you left me in an extremely unpleasant situation, ruining what should have been a special day. The cake was completely different from what I ordered. It was supposed to be an ice cream cake, a chocolate and berry parfait, with neither cream nor sponge cake! But when it arrived, to my unpleasant surprise, the cake was a sort of Cortina cake (see attached photo). Obviously, the cake was not eaten because it was horrible and unsuitable for the time of year. What made the situation even more disappointing was the complete lack of availability and attention afterward: I tried to contact you by phone, but received no response. I believe that, in addition to professionalism, politeness, respect, and attention towards the customer are also essential, especially when an error occurs. I'm sorry to have to say this, but the experience was truly negative and below all expectations. If you're unable to guarantee adequate service and handle any disruptions promptly, you should rethink your approach. Incompetent.

09/07/2026: Good pit stop for a sweet treat. We had coffee granlta, lemon granita and chocolate biscuit. All great - coffee granita was exceptional.

10/06/2026: We came for cannoli without realizing that the shop had already closed and the staff were finishing up and cleaning the place. Despite this, they were incredibly kind and couldn’t let visitors to their town leave without tasting authentic Sicilian cannoli, so they specially prepared some for us. We were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality, which we truly appreciated. The cannoli were absolutely delicious, and everything was wonderful! It was a pleasure to experience such kindness and care. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants not only to enjoy amazing cannoli but also to experience true Sicilian hospitality.

09/06/2026: A small village bakery, full of delicious things! We had lunch there; they opened the awning for us to sit in the shade at the tables, even though there was a bench already in the shade. We tasted several products and bought more to take back to the B&B for dinner! Including the desserts! The cost was truly minimal; for everything, they gave us change for €20! Regardless of the cost, I'd say if you're in the area, it's worth stopping here. Friendliness, courtesy, and friendliness are the hallmarks!

01/06/2026: We wanted to eat somewhere away from the tourist restaurants at Scala dei Turchi, so we drove to the next town and found this lovely restaurant. It's a popular spot for locals to eat. All the dishes were perfectly fine, and the service was very friendly. The prices are very reasonable!

21/05/2026: Really excellent value for money and friendly and welcoming staff. The proximity to the Scala dei Turchi offers them to a passing tourist like ours. But in the end we had a good time.

09/08/2026: The food was excellent. We didn't really need the menu, as our wonderful waiter gave us great recommendations that were truly delicious and special.

05/08/2026: Nothing to write home about, especially considering the prices, which I find excessive. The restaurant was practically empty in the evening, which isn't exactly reassuring. The mussels left me with serious doubts about their freshness: of the three plates served, about twenty remained closed. It's hard to ignore that. Finally, some background music would have been appreciated. In an empty restaurant, the noise of the refrigerators was constant and made the atmosphere rather cold. An olive antipasti or a small amuse-bouche offered, as seems to be the custom in many other places in Sicily... or why not a digestif...? Don't hesitate to walk 750 meters further for a better meal... For us, first and last time... Just an observation.

15/05/2026: The food needs to be reviewed a bit, as far as the bar side is concerned, in my opinion it is good, the service is a bit conditioned by the very high influx of people given the enchanting location and the absolutely suggestive view.

01/09/2025: September 2024 - restaurant only. By far the worst meal of my entire stay in Sicily. To begin with, we were told that the menus displayed online are actually only available for a minimum of four people (which isn't mentioned anywhere on their website). The dishes turned out to be extremely disappointing: the fritto misto was uninteresting, clearly mass-produced and frozen (and not indicated as such on the menu, as required by regulations), and far too expensive for the quality of a fast-food meal, and the busiate were frankly awful. To make matters worse, the service was slow, the dining room unremarkable, and I had the misfortune of arriving on an evening with live music and a sound system blasting for barely ten customers. And to top it all off, there were no hand dryers in the restrooms.
