Personally, I think the best cannoli with ricotta are around. I often get them from Francesco Fiorica, who provides them in travel kits so I can fill them once I get to his office 800 km away... 100% traditional recipe

01/07/2026: Excellent Excellent wine, I wasn't familiar with the local grape variety Excellent fresh ingredients, presentation, and quality, with quantities that were anything but small The staff were very kind and attentive Then dining out was wonderful Thank you I hope to be back soon
24/06/2026: Nice place 2 steps away off the main square in Sciacca. The tables are out on tge street in the pedestrian zone. We came in without a reservation. They essentially created a table for us. The raw seafood platter was excellent, each of our dishes was pretty good.

Agriturismo Passo dei Briganti

11/06/2026: Our room was a little small. Window screens would be nice. We did not want to leave door to terrace open due to risk of mosquitoes. Location good due to proximity to Valley of the Temples and easy highway access. Restaurant food and service was excellent!!! Very nice staff.
07/06/2026: I had lunch here with my family. We tried four different types of pasta and three main courses. Everything was very good and fresh.
