I migliori ristoranti in Sassari

13/09/2024: Would have given this place a 2.5 instead of 3... This is only one of two places you can spend the night when staying on Asinara. We booked about three weeks beforehand and had a room for 8 people. It's located in the north and we reached it by cycling. There are parking stations outside and it's not even necessary to lock the bikes as it's super safe. Upon arriving, we were greeted by donkeys, one of them even kept on walking into the bar, super adorable :) The place itself is very old but beds were comfortable, it was clean and amenities were ok. There's enough space to sit outside also. Only downside are the prices. We paid 45 per person for the night, breakfast included (coffee, juice, bread, cold cuts). Initially they asked us to let them know if we want dinner but after checking, it was ok to just go to the restaurant and order. They had menus or single dishes, again fairly expensive and the food wasn't very good. To summarise: I liked the atmosphere of this place, it had this abandoned/neglected feeling about it (which I'm a fan of). Also, the staff was friendly, beds/rooms were clean and I loved the fact that a donkey could just walk into the bar and everyone was super nice about it :) I disliked the prices, just too expensive for a hostel, the food wasn't great and I don't understand how anyone charges that much for a small bottle of water.
