16/09/2025: The location, service, rooms, and food are always top-notch. Unfortunately, the dinner was ruined by an extremely rude and unprofessional waitress. I have to say, this is the first time something like this has happened, and I've been going to this restaurant for 55 years... but that's precisely why it struck me.

14/10/2025: This is a timeless restaurant framed in the beauty of all of Italy’s elegance. Full of colorful expression. The moment we entered the doors of the restaurant everyone was over-the-top welcoming. Mario and Gianfranco were the best hosts. I highly recommend this as a local dining experience.

A cool, clean, and welcoming place. Excellent value, perfect for anyone looking to eat (excellent sandwiches and platters), enjoy an aperitif, or even just have a drink, all in a cheerful, family-friendly atmosphere.
The staff is knowledgeable, always friendly, and smiling.
Highly recommended!

27/09/2025: In Oliena, in the heart of Barbagia: Sa Corte, a unique welcome and excellent cuisine. The chef is brilliant, as is Giovanna, the mother, who carefully and lovingly prepares her amazing desserts, a treat for the palate and the heart.
24/09/2025: Sa Corte restaurant was a wonderful end-of-vacation discovery.
We never expected to find such high-quality cuisine: excellent ingredients and dishes deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition, prepared and presented with great care. The young chef's touch is evident and appreciated in his ability to showcase the ingredients and offer traditional recipes with a modern twist, playing with textures and pairings: the cannoli filled with goat cheese, truffle, and myrtle reduction, the onions in Nepenthe, the green culurgiones with orange reduction, and crispy cheese wafers, are fabulous. The desserts are also excellent.
Kudos also to the "hostess" for her kindness, expertise, and passion.

From the aperitif to the restaurant, to the hotel stay, everything was simply perfect.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff in the dining room, bar, kitchen, and reception: you welcomed us with impeccable professionalism and a warmth that made us feel at home. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making our day even more special.

01/10/2025: The pizzas were simply unbeatable, unfortunately served only on a paper plate and with paper cups for the wine... Later, we read that it's only a takeaway pizzeria. Still, in my opinion, the best pizza in the last three weeks...

24/12/2024: Siamo stati altre volte sempre con amici e ci siamo trovati bene fin quando vi era il proprietario con la figlia , ma questa volta a sorpresa vi abbiamo trovato solo il figlio e l'unica cosa buona l'antipasto di salumi, tutto il resto faceva schifo e in effetti non lo abbiamo consumato ed a nostra sorpresa ci troviamo nel conto a parte la voce pane coperto 10 euro mai vita prima nei agriturismi più vino 25 euro totale per 4 persone 208,00 euro quando vi era il padre tutto compreso erano 160,00 euro con tanto dispiacere per il padre che è una bravissima persona penso che non torneremo mai più

11/08/2025: A bright day in Oliena, the authentic heart of Barbagia. Among its quiet streets and houses guarding ancient knowledge, today I stopped at the Sa Panedda Pintà workshop, one of the living experiences of the Fatu in domo project – the home-based agri-food enterprise in Sardinia. The workshop comes to life in Denise Scano's home, where every gesture has the rhythm of handed-down traditions, and every corner tells stories of hands kneading roots.
As I leave, I leave them a small gift: the Fatu in domo book. A symbolic gesture, to give something back to those who have chosen to stay, create, and pass on their knowledge. It is more than a guide: it is a map for those seeking, even today, to rediscover the courage of everyday life and the strength to truly get their hands dirty.
Fatu in domo is this: a silent yet powerful movement, made up of women, families, courtyards, and burning ovens. A simple yet radical idea: to inhabit one's land, transforming it with care every day.
