After trying other restaurants in Sardinia, even in popular tourist destinations with high prices but poor quality, I find this one very pleasant and the cuisine truly exquisite, at affordable prices. I highly recommend it.

A sumptuous lunch in a corner of Sardinian paradise, where time stands still, the Masiloghi restaurant is a treat for the palate, serving delicious traditional dishes. Highly recommended

A welcoming and tastefully decorated restaurant, in perfect Sardinian style. Excellent service... the waiter was polite, attentive, fast, and sweet (and handsome). Dishes prepared according to tradition, but also with a modern twist. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything was perfect - both friendly and professional service, delicious food and wine, and very affordable prices. We will definitely come back.

We came for dinner tonight on a whim, without a reservation. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end. We were greeted by a very professional waiter. The goat cheese appetizer was delicious, and the pork was absolutely divine. We recommend this restaurant 200%! We've been in Sardinia for a week, and this is the best restaurant we've been to since we arrived. Keep up the great work!

A spacious restaurant with a covered veranda and a selection of typical Sardinian dishes, including some unusual options, such as the delicious fried sheep meatballs and the roasted pecorino cheese on carasau bread, which I would say is out of this world. Then, among the first courses, the ravioli and culurgiones are served with generous portions. The seadas are also good, and praise should also be given to the homemade bread. Prices are average.

Excellent restaurant. We had diner twice in one week. Superb ‘calamari fritti’ and crispy tuna with sesame. Mixed salad and roasted potatoes. All very tasteful. And a good bottle if wine from the region. Very good service. Both days we got a small appetizer and Sardenian bread ‘on the house’. With the bill a small limoncello. Just perfect. A restaurant worth being recommended

A little out of the way of the usual tourist spots, but worth it for the excellent food. They have a lovely internal garden as well as indoor seating. The waiter and restaurant manager are friendly and helpful. The appetizers of local cheeses are delicious, as are the first courses and the ever-present Sardinian porceddu (suckling pig), delicious!

18/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Agriturismo Da Valore! We were their guests for Easter Monday lunch. We received a wonderful welcome, and the food was excellent, with generous portions. The day was warm and sunny, and our little girl enjoyed the slide and swings in the courtyard. They were courteous and helpful from the first phone call, providing us with all the details about the menu. A few days before lunch, we received a message with some suggestions for places to visit in Austis and the surrounding area, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks again, and keep up the good work! ❤️
07/04/2026: An ideal agriturismo to unwind and escape the daily grind. There's a long tree-lined avenue for parking, strolling, relaxing, and...working off the excellent and abundant libations. There are also two beautiful horses and several friendly dogs and cats. At Easter and Easter Monday, the owner was kind and hospitable, accommodating our every request. The maids and waiters were patient, kind, and helpful despite the large crowds. The room has central heating (no air conditioning and no mini-fridge). The bathroom is private for almost all rooms and was functional, with central heating, a shower with curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, vanity, fast hot water, towels, and soap. For a two-night stay, including generous breakfasts and lunches, I paid €135. Dinner is also available upon request. It was a pleasant stay.

03/03/2026: We arrived without a reservation, but at the suggestion of an Italian, we were offered a table. We'd chosen a shrimp cocktail as an appetizer, and, true to Italian tradition, it was served on a single platter so you could share it. A pleasant experience. The pizza we had afterward was also excellent. The waitress was very busy and worked at a fast pace, but she managed everything perfectly and was also very friendly. Of course, she didn't speak much English. Around us were only Italians who were quite loud in their conversations, but that only added to the atmosphere.
