10/10/2023: First of all, I can't understand some of the bad reviews here, maybe the pizza maker changes? In any case, it is comparable to a good fast food restaurant. The atmosphere is similar, but the service is very friendly. For me it is the fastest pizzeria with good quality and tasty pizza that I have come across. You come in and order at the counter, sit down, the beer (well the Ichnusa Non Filtrata is running out) and cutlery are brought straight away, and the pizza is on the table 3 minutes later! Even though there is a lot going on. The beer in a plastic cup is really not the ideal, but you can live with it, better than drinking it straight from the bottle. But I was mainly here to eat. On the two evenings I was in Nuoro I was very happy with my two favorite pizzas, they were crispy on the edges, tasted very good and were inexpensive. It can hardly be better. It still irritates me how it can be that such good pizzas are on the table so quickly. And all without ordering in advance! My host provided at least a partial explanation… So if you want to order and eat a quick, good pizza, you've come to the right place!

Prima impressione gia buona, accoglienza eccellente e signore che sicuramente sanno il loro mestiere, subito disponibili ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori (su nostra richiesta vista la giornata), e abbiamo aperto le danze con aperitivo e ordine. Fritto buono e ben cucinato, stinco eccezionale! Da provare ad Olbia, ASSOLUTAMENTE!

01/09/2023: Esperienza decisamente negativa. Il locale si trova in ottima posizione (adiacente alla stazione FS) e questo è l'unico aspetto che gli fa conquistare una stella. ci siamo fermati a pranzo con la famiglia, due adulti e due bambini. L'unico menù proposto è stato quello fisso (primo, secondo e contorno) abbiamo fatto presente, tenuto conto che i bambini mangiavano solo i primi, di ordinare 2 menù fissi. Nessuna sensibilità è stata dimostrata alla nostra richiesta. "Il menù fisso è fisso, nessuna eccezione. Non si possono scorporare". Di fatto abbiamo consumato 2 menù fissi ma pagato come se fossero 3. Abbiamo fatto presente questa circostanza al gestore che, infastidito, ci ha risposto che non poteva farci il prezzo del menù fisso, sottolineando che dovevamo pagare anche i caffè. In questi giorni a Nuoro abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia, la simpatia e l'accoglienza Sarda ma in questo locale non sembra esserci ombra del senso di accoglienza e di ospitalità. Valutiamo negativamente anche la qualità del cibo: pietanze crude e senza sale. Tutto ciò rende pessimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Troppo caro per il cibo, il servizio e il trattamento offerto.

28/11/2023: You cannot waste the fortune of having such a beautiful and evocative square as a concession and offering your guests such a small platter of cold cuts and cheeses in the land of cheeses and cured meats par excellence. I am sorry . Decent pizza, spaghetti with clams without oil. I don't feel like recommending this place.

20/09/2023: Forse essendoci stati la vigilia di Ferragosto (molti altri locali della città erano chiusi) non abbiamo azzeccato la serata giusta. Tutti i tavoli all'esterno erano infatti occupati, seppure in buona parte destinati al servizio pizzeria. Noi no. Volevamo cenare e in verità il menù proposto è risultato alquanto stringato, soprattutto per i secondi: tagliata di manzo oppure costate, ma tutte oltre il mezzo chilo. Troppo per un singolo commensale che (è il mio caso) non ama la tagliata, in specie se con l'abusata rucola e grana, Alternative però zero, per cui tagliata (una al naturale) per due. Insomma, un po' un prendere o lasciare, che in fondo ci è sembrato il messaggio del frettoloso tizio venuto al tavolo per la comanda. Fortunatamente è andata meglio con i primi (anche lì scelta limitata) perché i ravioli di ricotta "a treccia" hanno meritato come qualità e presentazione originale. Anonimi invece i tiramisù, quasi dozzinali, troppo simili a mille altri. Nel complesso magari sarebbe stato meglio optare per la pizza (sembra molto apprezzata), perché non è stata di certo una di quelle esperienze che lasciano il segno. Tutt'altro. Né per il servizio, fin troppo impersonale; né per la mise en place spartana con tovaglietta di carta all'americana e relative salviette, nonostante i 2,50 euro del coperto. Il conto? Beh, oltre 45 euro a testa (pur senza stravizi enologici bensì con un calice di anonimo rosso messo a 5 euro e due bottiglie d'acqua) non ci sono sembrati adeguati all'insieme, soprattutto in una città come Nuoro.
