A marvel on the verge of disappearing. I've been coming to Italy for 50 years, living and working here six months a year. Pizza is becoming some kind of absurd, ideologically driven luxury product, light years away from what it truly is: good, simple, it's not a dish, it's a philosophy. So thank you for continuing to be authentic, for bringing out this marvel, this pizza that I had the HONOR of tasting this evening, with a white wine from my house, at prices that are fair. Since you have to come to the heart of Sardinia to find authentic Italy, I will be back. Thank you. Keep it up.
