09/02/2026: Located a few kilometers from Calasetta, immersed in greenery and surrounded by olive trees, it is a place to spend a pleasant, relaxing holiday: the welcoming and friendly staff, the well-kept rooms equipped with every comfort, and the fantastic on-site dinner (local and genuine products).

17/11/2025: In nomen omen. We went there on the first evening of our vacation, right after arriving in Calasetta. At the end of our vacation, it was definitely our best place. The food was truly excellent, well-prepared and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the tuna tartare was already sold out, and I recommend showing up early if you want to try it. We consoled ourselves with a lovely, freshly seared grilled belly that, months later, I still dream about. Otherwise, everything else was decidedly top-notch.

17/11/2025: This restaurant overlooks Calasetta's main road, with a holiday atmosphere, a pleasant buzz of customers, and attentive yet very friendly and approachable staff, who served us professionally and quickly despite the busy schedule. We had a very good meal, obviously seafood-focused, though perhaps a bit pricey for the type and portions. Definitely one of the best we've had this summer.

05/11/2025: Without a doubt one of Calasetta's most beautiful beaches. Its name refers to the salt flats behind it, which lend it beautiful colors, from pink to orange, and are perfect for relaxing walks. The beach has two entrances on opposite sides, both with parking. A sandy beach that invites you to dive into the stunning water. In the summer, one section is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, while the other is free. It's just as stunning in the fall, often even more so.

07/02/2026: My "buddy" and I visited this deli, which was a pleasant surprise in the Calasetta winter, often deserted and where you don't even know where to get an aperitif. I even took photos and videos of the restrooms, something I never do OUT OF DECENCY AND RESPECT for the establishments... because I don't want to shame them too much... but it's something I should do. So I do the opposite: photos and videos only when everything is perfect, clean, fragrant, and in order. Pleasantly surprised! Excellent selection of "sweet home" products that I adore: Made in Italy. Deli: Federica was an excellent all-rounder, sociable, she loves what she does and knows how to keep it going (in winter, with the low attendance, it's manageable to do it alone). The price? Well, you'll decide, I thought I'd spend more! A coffee and a cover charge for two people are also included in the price (at lunch). The receipt is valid, of course. This is my 300th review: the more I get with GMaps (at the GG of this review: level 8), the more I realize it makes sense to reward ONLY the businesses that deserve it, giving full points if everything is truly okay, giving fewer stars to businesses where everything isn't quite okay, and giving poor scores only in bad situations that are inexplicable to the customer and without problem-solving. Be wary of reviewers who don't explain their mistakes or who make personal, uterine issues out of their minds. Well done Federica, I hope to return with a broken wall 😅🤣

21/11/2025: Fantastic staff: Federica, Cesare, and their staff made us feel at home. The food was spectacular and the portions were generous. We had lunch from the set menu, but you can also enjoy takeout with their deli and home delivery service. We highly recommend it.

29/10/2025: We had dinner at Ayentos 10 days ago and we have to thank all the staff for their kind service, courtesy, and excellent preparation of the dishes, especially the suckling pig, which was exquisite! We thank you for the great atmosphere and recommend coming to dine at this beautiful place! Riccardo
