16/07/2025: Excellent location in the center near the cathedral. Beautiful restaurant, probably created in a historic stone cellar. Excellent menu. The price is fair considering the quality of the dishes and the good service. I recommend the appetizers, cavatelli, and the excellent desserts.
12/07/2025: We had a lovely family meal here on our last night in Puglia, we wished we’d have found it earlier as we would have come again! The food was the best we’d had in Puglia, local dishes elevated to the next level, fine dining in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The chef and staff were excellent, with great wine and food recommendations along with superb service. Would highly recommend.

28/07/2025: What can I say? Five stars aren't enough. The location is enchanting. The food and hospitality were simply incredible. The cuisine was a true revelation: delicious dishes carefully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything was plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to accommodate our every request. The service was impeccable, with attention to detail that made our evening relaxing. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces, listening to live music under a starry sky. I highly recommend this masseria. Five stars, without a doubt, and I repeat, they're not enough! I'll be back as soon as possible.

17/08/2025: Highly recommended! The new location is wonderful, the atmosphere welcoming, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The meat is top-quality, with a wide selection and expertly cooked.
The Parmigiano-Reggiano Red Vacca beef is exquisite, and the Wagyu Scrigno is delicious.

The elegant atmosphere is meticulously crafted, with a modern and relaxing design. This place has become a regular stop, thanks in part to the welcoming and professional hosts Alessandro and Mariangela. Ideal not only for special occasions, but also for a rejuvenating dinner after a long day at work.

12/08/2025: The meat is good but EXPENSIVE compared to winter prices (it seems that the price lists change in the summer). We ordered several meat dishes, which were supposed to arrive at different times but instead arrived at the table all at the same time and therefore got cold. Let's say that you can eat the same good food for less! I don't recommend it.
19/07/2025: Neat location, fast and friendly service. Good pizza with excellent ingredients. We'll be back to try the grill.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere is simple, clean, organized, and welcoming. Its strong point: over ten different types of bombette (fried meatballs) that, once you've tried them, you can't live without them, as well as the other meat varieties. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. The owners were like hosts, exchanging a few words before we left. What can I say? Go with your eyes closed, we'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises!

16/08/2025: I've been working in the restaurant business for 25 years. I've never seen such incompetence as in this place. You have to order meat at the counter, but they don't weigh it in front of you (the bill only lists "meat" and a total price). They had no idea what wines were off the menu or their prices. We received the side dishes as appetizers instead of with the meat. They didn't bring us all the meat we ordered. Finding a waiter so we could order water (€1.50 from the tap) or bread was mission impossible. We waited 20 minutes for the bill, which we repeatedly asked for. And finally, the bill was incredibly high after they completely ruined our evening. What can I say... it's one thing to run a restaurant, and another to grill a little meat like at home... A huge disappointment.

22/07/2025: Ciao a tutti, stasera sono entrato al Vienna a San Giorgio Ionico e ho assistito alla preparazione di 8 crêpes alla Nutella. Ho notato che la signora, dopo averle preparate, le ha pesate: il peso complessivo era di appena 500 grammi, quindi nemmeno 100 grammi a crêpe.
Quando è arrivato il mio turno, ho pagato 4 euro per una crêpe – un prezzo che trovo sinceramente alto. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata deludente: c’era solo un velo di Nutella, quasi impercettibile, e il sapore predominante era quello dell’impasto, che purtroppo ricordava uova andate a male. Nessun gusto di Nutella, nessuna soddisfazione.
Mi dispiace, ma per quanto mi riguarda, qualità e prezzo non sono stati all’altezza.

10/03/2025: Ormai sono un cliente abituale di questa struttura. Personalmente la uso come albergo ma è una struttura multifunzione che si presta anche ald eventi. Cortesia pulizia e quelle giuste attenzioni che vengono riservate ai clienti fanno sì che io ritorni qui sempre con piacere
