12/12/2025: Friendly staff, cozy and clean room, comfortable bed. I had a bit of a wait in the restaurant even though there were only two other tables for dinner, but I ate well.
Breakfast could have been better.
12/10/2025: A good hotel, with trained and kind staff. The hotel is probably renovated, with all the electronic equipment. Video cameras, blinds and windows in the bathroom electrically controlled by switches, USB sockets. Cleaning is done daily, but, from my point of view, it is not a 4-star hotel because of the very small rooms, shower 90 x 90 cm. Overall a good hotel for a small town like Palagiano

WARNING: ALGOHOTEL RELYS ON BOOKING.COM (WITH THEIR LOGO DISPLAYED ON THE DOOR IN COMPLETE DARKNESS AND WITHOUT RECEPTION STAFF, NO DOORBELL WITH THE HOTEL'S NAME, OR A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT). BOOKING.COM COMPANY IS ALSO FRAUDULENT. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN FRANCE AT A B&B IN ANGERS 49000 🇫🇷 FRANCE.
I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FRENCH POLICE BECAUSE THE PROPERTY WAS ABANDONED, DEGRADED, AND NO LONGER EXISTING, BUT BOOKING.COM STILL RE-OFFERED.
28/12/2025: I don't recommend this place. First, they advertised Wi-Fi, but it never worked during our entire stay. Then, we had no water for the bathrooms for a whole day, and they took a long time to respond and fix the problem. I wouldn't stay here again because it negatively impacted the overall travel experience. Very disappointing.

10/03/2024: Non so come mai ancora nel 2024 non si rispettino gli standard delle norme igienico sanitarie. Vari condimenti presi tutti a mani nude, le stesse con le quali incassi il denaro, a proposito del quale evidenzio la mancanza del pos. Un locale credo a gestione familiare, proprio una brutta impresa su tutto, disastroso. Come mai nessuno ha mai fatto o mandato un controllo?!
