What can I say... Very satisfied.
12/12/2025: A grill restaurant that doesn't need any special effects: here, the grill does the talking, period. Step inside and you immediately understand that quality isn't an opinion. The meat is carefully selected, well-finished cuts, cooked precisely, and flavorful without those desperate attempts to cover everything up with useless sauces. Here, the fire does its job, and it does it well.
The beer is selected with the same care: a few labels, but just the right ones. Not the usual list made to fill up space, but a selection designed to enhance what comes from the grill.
The owner is the added value. You can see he's eager to do his best, to grow, to offer a better experience every week. That rare energy you can't buy and that makes the difference between an ordinary restaurant and a place you'll want to return to.
A genuine, quality grill restaurant, run by those who truly believe in it.

21/12/2025: We took the fixed menu that the restaurant offers and we were disappointed by the steak which was supposed to be 700g but seemed much smaller and the meat was nothing special, the starter was good.
08/12/2025: A charming and well-kept restaurant. With the Immaculate Conception set menu, they brought us a generous and tasty appetizer. For the first course, a simple plate of fresh pasta with cherry tomatoes (to be perfected), followed by a delicious sliced steak. To finish, a delicious cream-filled bocconotto... I recommend playing some Christmas music to create a warmer atmosphere.

The quality of the dishes is excellent: from focaccia to pizza, from panzerotti to pucce, from appetizers to the entire hot food menu... you're truly spoiled for choice!
The ingredients are fresh and authentic, the flavors authentic, and the variety of the menu ensures there's something for everyone, even the most discerning palates. The prices are also excellent, fair and affordable, especially considering the quality of the service and food.
I recommend "La Villetta" to anyone looking for a quick snack, a tasty lunch, or a casual yet flavorful dinner. Kudos to the entire staff: keep up the good work! ❤️

17/12/2025: We were in Crispiano, near Taranto, for a show at the beautiful Teatro Comunale, and I accompanied the members of the Il Giullare Theater Company.
For lunch, we stopped at this family-run restaurant, "Tutto Buono," located about 500 meters from the theater, truly convenient. It was a great choice: excellent value and simple dishes prepared with quality ingredients. They also readily accommodated gluten-free options for a couple of guests, which is unusual and much appreciated.
We started with a bruschetta as an entrée, followed by orecchiette with tomato sauce, chicken cutlet with fries, and, to finish, homemade desserts, amaro, and coffee. Just the kind of place we were looking for... and we found it.
Special thanks to the owner and Ilaria, the girl at the tables, for their patience and great helpfulness (let's admit we may have been a bit of a nuisance... especially those two with sunglasses in the photo 😁).
When we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: I celebrated an anniversary with over 30 people. The waiters were impeccable, always available and very polite. The appetizers were traditional but very good, and the drinks and service were fine. The first courses and fried fish were good, the meat was so-so, and the sausage was exceptional.
Overall, an average restaurant, excellent for those looking for tradition and more or less affordable prices. I didn't receive a quote before the party, and then I paid something extra that I didn't deserve (four people decided to order pizza instead of a first and second course, and I still paid for the full menu plus the cost of the pizzas... liqueurs and coffee were paid separately).

09/12/2025: We chose L'Essenza in Vista for the Immaculate Conception Lunch, and the experience was truly excellent. The chef's special menu was meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors.
The land and sea appetizers were a great start: a selection of Martina Franca capocollo, blueberry burrata, and truly delicious mushroom meatballs, along with gratinated salmon cubes and cuttlefish in a creamy chickpea sauce. The portions were just right, and great attention was paid to the quality of the ingredients.
The seafood cavatelli were also delicious, creamy and fragrant, as was the sea bass turban with saffron velouté, exquisitely delicate. The side dish, a baked potato, was also excellent, perfectly complementing the dish.
To finish, a beautifully made puff pastry with cream and berries and a selection of fresh fruit. The service was courteous and punctual, and the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed.
A perfect celebration: good food, carefully prepared dishes, and great professionalism.
Highly recommended for events and celebrations!

Don't expect the usual restaurant and the usual dishes. It's all very good and refined.
We tried the appetizers, with many specialties from both land and sea.
The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The dishes and glasses were sparkling.
The staff was very polite and friendly.
A place that's not at all crowded.
