11/06/2025: I had been wanting to go to this ice cream shop for a while! My expectations were not disappointed. It is located in a very cute little square in Borgo di San Simone. Even though there were a lot of people, both the owner and the employees were very kind and smiling and also fast! I will definitely go back:)

26/08/2025: A restaurant in the historic center of town, with a large, well-furnished outdoor area. Friendly staff. Good food, typical of Puglia's cuisine. Unfortunately, I ordered a rare steak, and it arrived very underdone. What a shame. It was already late, and I didn't report the mix-up so they could rectify the oversight. There was a loud concert in the nearby square. It's a shame; the location deserves a very good rating.

14/08/2025: Amazing cuisine with a very kind host who is attentive to all his guests. I was lucky enough to visit this restaurant in early June by pure chance, and I truly have nothing to complain about... The appetizers were prepared with a mastery I've not seen in other, much more renowned restaurants (the day before, I had visited Grotte Palazzese in Polignano a Mare). Prices would be fair, which is an understatement, especially considering the kindnesses from chef Simone (water not included in the bill and free pasta for my daughter). A truly unforgettable experience.

But my, our experience went far beyond the simple beautiful "place". My wife and I were in tune with everything, from the delicious food to the staff happy to celebrate with us, courteous and available at all times. Dr. Michele Conserva is a great professional and a wonderful person, serious, available and always communicative with kindness and frankness. Masseria Francesca is a resource that must be discovered and that I warmly recommend.

15/08/2025: A wonderful culinary experience in the heart of the province of Taranto. The antipasto della Cuccagna is a must, and the arrosto misto won us over: quality grilled meat with a spectacular smoky flavor. I don't give it five stars for the dessert: the mascarpone millefeuille with berries was delicious, but the flavor was more cream than mascarpone. The wine list is extensive and very well curated. We especially appreciated the sommelier's recommendation for an excellent Primitivo del Salento. They also have international wines; it would be a good idea to include a Spanish wine to round out the menu. In short, a place we will definitely return to... and this time, with friends.

04/08/2025: On Saturday 2nd August we went to dinner, the food wasn't the best but wanting to empty the butcher's counter without our knowledge, in the end he gave us a good beating with the bill, forty euros per person for a dinner based on bombette and appetizers is exaggerated, an experience to forget, they are smart!
