07/01/2025: Per concludere in bellezza le festività natalizie ‘24/’25 con una famiglia di amici carissimi, mio figlio, studente fuori sede, prenota, con moltissimo anticipo, il pranzo dell’Epifania in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Crispiano. L’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria: fin dall’accoglienza abbiamo notato la grande professionalità del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; il servizio inappuntabile (finalmente non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere ai camerieri, perché qualunque esigenza veniva soddisfatta prima ancora che si presentasse), il pranzo… una gustosissima passeggiata tra il sapere e i sapori del nostro territorio; il sapere di chi non improvvisa, ma studia, sperimenta e va in scena presentandoti con fierezza e competenza la sua opera che incanta la vista, poi il gusto, lasciandoti lieto il tempo per la convivialità. I sapori… quelli del nostro territorio, la Puglia, rivisitati, non snaturati; esaltati dall’esperienza di chi conosce le peculiarità di ogni ingrediente e sa come integrarlo per renderlo indimenticabile. Questo posto è una perla da scoprire, un luogo dove incontrare la passione per la cucina e per l’ospitalità, dove lasciarsi accompagnare in territori inesplorati di bontà. Grazie chef!

05/01/2025: Incuriosita dalle OTTIME RECENSIONI, mi sono recata con mio marito a cena ieri sera. Possiamo solo CONFERMARE quanto scritto da altri. Tutto spettacolare... dall'accoglienza dello chef- titolare Sig.Simone, la gentilezza e precisione dei due collaboratori, la squisitezza delle portate presentate con accuratezza e mai in modo banale. Per concludere posso solo affermare che se si vuol fare bella figura con un ospite, questo è sicuramente il posto giusto.

24/01/2025: Ho festeggiato in questo locale i miei 30 anni, eravamo 25 persone e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti per la quantità e la qualità del cibo e soprattutto il servizio è stato eccellente. Consigliatissimo.

28/01/2025: I remembered this pizzeria as excellent. Ate bresaola with parmesan with friends last week... but above all it seemed like everything except the parmesan. I felt the dough was different from the last few times. A little disappointed 😔

11/02/2025: everything was perfect: kind and super courteous staff, top-notch food. we ate and drank well. The staff (especially Tiziana if I'm not mistaken or Letizia, I don't remember her name) were super kind, thinking of both us and our 1 year old, bringing him food straight away. In addition to always being kind, she also let us try other dishes not on the menu, then bringing us some dishes to take away for the trip (we were passing through). In short, we had a really good time, cool thanks to the air conditioners and we returned home knowing that we had found a real pearl in Puglia. Super recommended. excellent and plentiful food. 03/01/2025: Welcoming environment and helpful staff, I go there every morning for breakfast, the delicious cream croissant prepared by the owner's mother and good coffee. I also recommend it to enjoy an excellent sandwich in the evening

17/08/2024: We tried this place on the recommendation of local friends and I can say that it was absolutely worth it. Really very good food, high quality ingredients and interesting combinations. We took the hamburger sandwiches and fried meatballs and sweet potatoes as a starter, all good and really cheap. If you pass by Crisaino, this is the right place to eat for the right amount (or even a little less)

10/01/2025: It felt like it was 1940 when they wouldn't let us sit because we had a poodle with us. In my opinion, this choice is retrograde and goes against the trend compared to thousands of restaurants that willingly welcome our furry friends. From the most basic to the starred ones.

08/01/2025: Location 3* molto vintage in stile braceria anni ‘90 (che alla fine è quella) ma tutto sommato il luogo è caldo e accogliente Menu 5* Ho mangiato della carne buonissima Pochissima varietà di bombette (4) ma ognuna era molto molto buona Ottima la tagliata Servizio 4* Gentile ed educato Conto 4* In tutta sincerità mi aspettavo di pagare qualcosina in meno Ma vista la qualità tutto sommato ci sta
