22/07/2025: Really bad place to celebrate birthdays

14/07/2025: I celebrated my eighteenth birthday at this venue (in the area in front of the soccer fields, a very welcoming location), but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. It was an event that should have been unforgettable in a positive sense, but instead I will remember it for the numerous inconveniences. The start of the evening was delayed by about 20 minutes because the staff was completely absent upon arrival, during, and at the end of the party. All the lights were off, and the venue was in darkness, despite several guests already being present. At the same time, a soccer tournament was taking place that lasted until 11:15 PM. The changing rooms, located directly in front of the party area, caused a constant coming and going of strangers, some of whom entered the event area, somewhat compromising the guests' privacy. The refrigerators did not work properly: the drinks and cocktails we had set out that morning remained warm throughout the evening. Furthermore, the venue didn't have a refrigerator large enough for the cake, causing further delays and inconvenience. Various utensils and cutlery, essential for handling any unexpected events, were also missing. Finally, the bathrooms were in decidedly unsanitary conditions: the smell was so strong it became a major topic of discussion among the guests. We reported every issue to the management, but instead of taking responsibility, they preferred to downplay and justify (on their behalf) the incident, ignoring much of the evidence and proof reported (including videos). I'm sorry to say this, but the organization was inadequate from every perspective... I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE IT.

11/07/2025: io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati per mangiare una pizza, nel momento in cui abbiamo provato a ordinare il cameriere ci dice che forse quella sera la cucina non avrebbe aperto. Nel momento in cui abbiamo provato ad andare via ci ha fermati dicendo che il cuoco stava arrivando. in sintesi abbiamo aspettato più di due ore e ci hanno anche sbagliato la pizza, ce l’hanno rifatta (dopo aver insistito perché non volevano) e per dispetto l’hanno sbagliata di nuovo. provo a mangiarla perché stavamo morendo dalla fame ma la stracciatella sapeva di acido. inutile dire che ce l’hanno fatta pagare nonostante non l’abbiamo mangiata.
