I don't understand this restaurant's rating, just as I don't understand if you're used to eating sushi this way here in Italy, but it really isn't good at all; it's bland. A disappointment. After this experience, I won't be eating any more sushi for the rest of my stay here.

11/07/2026: Wonderful farmhouse, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom spacious, and spotlessly clean. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, and mouth-watering cakes. The restaurant is excellent, offering both meat and seafood dishes. The table service is exceptional and carried out with passion. The owners are incredibly kind and always available. What can I say... a truly wonderful, relaxing holiday. We will definitely be back.

20/06/2026: A corner of paradise in the heart of Salento! We stayed at this farmhouse in Parabita and the experience was simply perfect. From the first moment, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of absolute silence and tranquility, ideal for unplugging and completely regenerating. The property is a gem nestled in the Salento countryside, enhanced by a beautiful pool where you can relax during the hottest hours, surrounded only by nature. The rooms combine tradition and modernity, equipped with every comfort! What struck me most, however, was the extraordinary care with which the owners and the entire staff carry out their work: attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, and a dedication that can be felt in every corner and makes you feel constantly pampered. The cuisine also deserves an honorable mention, with traditional dishes rich in authentic and genuine flavors (I absolutely loved the bread and tomato for breakfast). There are no other words to describe it: this stay was exactly what I was looking for. We will definitely be back! Paola and Nicola

04/08/2026: I had a great time... near the Cutura there is Eurospin which is convenient if you need anything and not far away is also the town and the sea if I'm not mistaken and 15 minutes by car.... comfortable rooms and the place is very quiet

26/05/2026: Horse meat is a local favourite so you have to be very careful when ordering from the menu; google translate is a must if you have limited Italian, as we weren't offered an English menu. Service varied, we had a waitress who was pretty dismissive of our attempts to order in Italian but we were thankfully passed on to the manager who was much more helpful and friendly. Food was ok but expensive and certainly nothing to write home about. Overall, one to swerve if you are English speaking and want a warm welcome.

31/07/2026: Very nice atmosphere, offering a huge variety of wines and gins. They fill the croissants freshly, both sweet and savory, and the staff (perhaps the owners) are incredibly kind! We came for both breakfast and an aperitif, and I think (as a bartender) the best spritz I've ever had was here!!! It will definitely be "our bar" until the end of the holidays!
