07/07/2025: Nice and cozy place. I ordered a non-alcoholic beer, but he didn't have it. So he made me a non-alcoholic cocktail, delicious. I came back the next day and they brought him the non-alcoholic beer. Super friendly. 😄 If I ever return to Salento, I will definitely come back.

27/10/2025: Excellent quality products, from the prized, fragrant Apulian Senatore Cappelli flours, used in any dough and also sold by them, with a wide selection of legumes for soups and more. All local, olive oil from various farms, super-genuine biscuits, taralli, and friselle are the stars. The smell of genuine bread brings back old memories. The owners are very helpful, even for super-fast shipping. Great idea for Christmas 🎅.

In recent months, there have been a series of errors with all their products (burnt, undercooked, and poorly leavened bread, friselle with ash, other products that were too salty, etc.). I'm writing this review as constructive criticism, hoping the quality will return to its former level. Otherwise, a wide variety of both sweet and savory products, a nice shop, and professional, friendly staff.
