26/09/2024: E' con immenso piacere recensire questa ottima Trattoria che prepara solo ottimi piatti di pesce fresco , il mio soggiorno di una settimana a Melendugno per visitare il meraviglioso Salento e' iniziato proprio dalla prima cena in questo ristorante trattoria che si trova in centro del paese e dopo la prima cena non ho potuto piu' farne a meno ritornando per ben 4 volte , e tutte le volte provando nuovi piatti di pesce gustosissimi , merito senza dubbio dell'ottima e gentile chef Veronica titolare e moglie del grande Matteo factotum di sala professionale e sempre disponibile a consigliarti , un ringraziamento anche alla sua collaboratrice di sala che con il suo sorriso educato ci ha sempre servito con tanta gentilezza, sala interna molto caratteristica ben arredata con tavoli alle giuste distanze, pertanto non posso che STRACONSIGLIARE a tutti questa trattoria-ristorante di Melendugno.

29/08/2024: The guys at the table are very kind but the cuisine is pitiful. The fried fish was inedible, both as a raw material and because of the salt that burned the tongue. grilled sausages, practically bought at the supermarket and thrown into a pan requested beer not available bitter requested not available piping hot dessert... they probably forgot the microwave was on. a beer an appetizer two seconds a sweet and a bitter 55 euros what can I say... strongly not recommended and I conclude... I come from a seaside city, I speak with full knowledge of the facts. my only mistake is that I didn't send the dish away, it's not like me. And instead of replying with simple-minded sarcasm, you dedicate more effort to your professionalism.

24/10/2024: I stopped in this restaurant yesterday attracted by the enchanting location directly on the sea and I must say that I was also pleasantly impressed by the excellent cuisine they offer, fresh fish cooked perfectly with side dishes included, rich in variety of vegetables, first courses and appetizers very good, we were welcomed very cordially and the quality/price ratio is excellent.. regarding our experience I definitely recommend it.. and if I'm in the area again I will return

21/08/2024: Belle petite soirée, pizzas excellentes, le pain offert cuit au feu de bois et au dessert le pain est servi avec du Nutella, pour le plaisir des enfants. On recommande, les patrons sont très sympathiques

08/09/2024: Ottima location, ci siamo spostati di pochi chilometri dalla costa e abbiamo trovato l’eccellenza!! Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, tutto eccellente dagli antipasti al dolce, servizio veloce e personale cortese e disponibile. Tutto preparato in azienda con materie prime selezionate, peccato che abbiamo scoperto l’ agriturismo l’ultimo giorno di vacanza… ritorneremo! Prezzi bassi … solo da provare per credere!!!!

05/09/2024: Siamo stati ospiti dell'agriturismo nella seconda quindicina di agosto. Siamo ritornati a fare le vacanze estive dopo tre anni essendoci già allora trovati bene ed avere avuto una buona esperienza. Bellissimo l'ambiente curato in mezzo alla natura e ombreggiato dai pini. La camera che ci è stata assegnata spaziosa ed accogliente con un adeguato servizio di pulizia. Ristorante con piatti della tradizione locale sempre abbondanti cucinati con attenzione da Antonio e serviti con simpatia e sorriso sulle labbra da Eleonora e Giacomo, che ancora ringraziamo. Grande accoglienza e simpatia da parte del titolare Tommaso e da sua figlia con i quali ci siamo ritrovati spesso a chiacchierare. Abbiamo portato con noi la nostra barboncina che è stata ben accetta in tutti gli ambienti della masseria. Da "vecchio" campeggiatore ho visto come anche l'area destinata a questo tipo di vacanza, seppur semplice ed essenziale, è sempre stata in ordine e pulita. Luogo certamente raccomandabile per chi desidera vivere una vacanza serena e tranquilla fuori dal caos delle città in mezzo alla natura. Un grazie ancora per l'accoglienza. Famiglia Bianchi

31/08/2024: If you are looking for a restaurant to eat at and you are undecided among the thousands that are in Torre dell'Orso... I recommend the Marinoteca! Quick and friendly service, good food and competitive prices! Well done!!

26/07/2024: We ate at the restaurant outside to the left of Marinoteca, really good food but a bit of a pressured service. I believe that the two places are associated, where on the right the food is produced by Marinoteca and on the left the cocktail bar. Some dishes were not on the menu but were served anyway, we were served by a boy and a girl. Where they constantly asked us how it was going, it's nice but not too much. Overall all very good. But we will return to Marinoteca and not to the cocktail Bar next door. For the rest, get the raw ham and the mussel sauce from Marinoteca, there is quality and a lot of love!

03/09/2024: Maybe we ended up on a bad evening... we had booked for 5 people... we arrived there (we were at a table isolated from the room in front of a large shutter) we tried to order and we no longer had any mineral water... the appetizer wasn't there what we wanted (written on the menu) pasta with scorpion fish wasn't there... We didn't want to settle and we left... among other things we took a still water and didn't want anything

22/08/2024: welcoming place, qualified staff, kind and always available. Abundant and tasty first courses, selected quality ingredients. Highly recommended Spaghettoni cacio e pepe, linguine with clams. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

22/10/2024: Acabo de regresar de andar en bicicleta con amigos en Italia. Pasó a pasar por San Foca a la hora del almuerzo en la temporada baja. Muy poco estaba abierto. Vergari era, y fue un GRAN hallazgo! La comida estaba deliciosa (tenía el solomillo de ternera) , Las patatas fritas ("patatas fritas") eran las mejores que he probado. El servicio fue amable y profesional. El restaurante en sí es precioso. Nos sentamos fuera y disfrutamos del hermoso clima y la gran comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente Vergari!

18/10/2024: Paramos para almorzar y fue increíble! Los sabores estaban presentes. El servicio fue fantástico. Tuve el “sabor de la infancia del chef” y fue una de las mejores chuletas de ternera que he probado.

The sliced ​​mutton with rocket and parmesan is also excellent. We concluded with the classic sebada and a delicious, homemade mirto.
