05/11/2024: It is located not far from the railway station, and we had time to walk before leaving. We came in randomly, as there is a terrace and you can sit outside (we and the dog). They didn't say anything about the dog, the waiter speaks a LITTLE English. We ordered tea, chose cherry tea from the announced assortment. They brought it quickly, immediately with a check for €6 (I think it's a bad tone, as if we ran away and wouldn't pay 😑). There was water in the cups at different levels, as if it was a pity or just... The smell of the tea was definitely without cherries. We called the waiter and asked what kind of tea it is, is it cherry or regular (Classic is written on the label). He confidently said that it was a cherry. They asked him to try it, to which he immediately apologized: "Sorry, it's a regular tea" and took the cups away. We got up and left. It's been a long time since I've felt at Nikim's institution. This is how the first and last impression is made. The waiter is the face of the establishment. It can be very tasty there, but because of the atmosphere and the spoiled impression, I will never go there again and I will not advise anyone. I want to work on myself and treat customers with respect.

21/12/2024: Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze a domicilio e sono arrivate con 30 minuti di ritardo nonostante il servizio di consegna a domicilio è a pagamento 2 euro. Inoltre l'ordinazione non è stata rispettata, è stata chiesta una puccia senza maionese e invece la maionese c'era.

07/12/2024: I returned to Carbinia after some time. My girlfriend and I ate divinely. We catapulted ourselves onto a prawn appetizer, two first courses, rosé wine and house dessert (washed down with two homemade bitters which proved to be exceptional). Everything delicious, not to mention the extremely honest bill! In short, what else to add? It goes without saying that the aforementioned restaurant confirms itself as synonymous with quality and satisfaction of the palate. I promise I will return as soon as possible.
