25/05/2025: We were recently at La Remesa Cavallino and the experience was really pleasant. The environment is well-kept, welcoming and perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends or family. The staff was courteous and helpful, always attentive to the needs of customers. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, with fresh and well-presented ingredients. Only small point, I do not agree with the Saturday night choice to only do take-away pizza, it seemed strange to me to see the pizza chef at work and not be able to order a pizza, of course this is my opinion and certainly cannot change the company's choice. Overall, a beautiful evening and we will definitely be back!

20/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per il pranzo di Pasqua. Al tavolo alle 13:30, alle 16:20 abbiamo ricevuto antipasto e primi (da dimenticare) Servizio inesistente ( per tutti i convenuti due inservienti ai tavoli). Avevamo ordinato un menù baby....il primo piatto è stato servito alle 15:30. Alla fine, non ho atteso più e, senza attendere il secondo, il contorno e il resto, ho chiesto di pagare, esternando la mia insoddisfazione per la scarsissima professionalità e l'assoluta mancanza di organizzazione. Naturalmente da cancellare questa "trattoria".

08/05/2025: The place was very beautiful, with a magical atmosphere. In the warm evening the table was positioned in the cool garden. It had been recommended to me by a friend and celebrating my wife's name day was an opportunity to experience it. We decided to eat a pizza, having seen a wood-fired oven. My wife, like my daughter, had a buffalo pizza with crusts stuffed with ricotta, my son had a crudo with burratina, the girl had a porcini mushroom and a capocollo with crusts stuffed with ricotta... We ordered 2 bottles of water and 3 bottles of coca cola and a portion of frittini, according to the waiter, enough for 5... The drinks were just right... the portion of frittini was arrived immediately...but it was just a taste (3/4 pittule, a meatball, 2 goodies of arancino each) but then we had to wait for the requested pizzas, clear or undercooked...which arrived after more than an hour of waiting, burnt.....crunchy, difficult to cut (the knives perhaps not very suitable) to say not to my taste...I wasn't looking for Neapolitan pizza... But at least not biscuits...the drinks in the meantime and seen the waiting and the heat had become hot. A disaster. The staff was not very attentive and lacked information. I asked several times for the timing, the answers took a few minutes and they arrived.....my daughter left all the pizza behind, she was no longer hungry. The bill 90 euros. The room is not worth the pizza, especially for our tastes. We will try it as a restaurant... hoping to be luckier..

Clean and very spacious environment The menu is full of different Salento dishes, both seafood and meat, we had an excellent appetizer and second courses such as grilled meat, sliced ​​meat etc. Exceptional, very kind staff, we will return. 17/05/2025: I went to this restaurant with some colleagues and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The staff was courteous and helpful, but this was the only positive aspect of the evening. The meat served was visibly old and reheated, with an unpleasant flavor and a stringy consistency. A dish that should never leave a kitchen, we raised the issue but no one was interested ... prices exaggeratedly high for the quality offered. Totally unsatisfactory quality-price ratio.

17/05/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante con alcuni colleghi e, purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Il personale è stato cortese, ma questo è stato l’unico aspetto positivo della serata. La carne servita era visibilmente vecchia e riscaldata, con un sapore sgradevole e una consistenza stopposa. Un piatto che non dovrebbe mai uscire da una cucina, abbiamo fatto presente la questione ma nessuno si è interessato...prezzi esageratamente alti per la qualità proposta. Rapporto qualità-prezzo totalmente insoddisfacente. il locale bello dentro peccato che noi eravamo nella tendopoli esterna al buio e al freddo. Mai più!
