04/10/2024: Great meal! For us this is certainly one of the better ones during our stay in Puglia. The flavors, preparation and quality of the dishes were absolutely perfect. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. All 6 of us were very pleased with all the different dishes. The atmosphere took some getting used to at first, but the service was great. You definitely shouldn't miss this one!

02/01/2025: Very suggestive place created in the typical white rock of Ostuni. Very kind and helpful service, they accepted us for dinner even though we arrived at 10.45 pm due to a mix-up at the airport. Good food, especially the slipper appetizer (the tomato was really good). The sliced ​​meat we took as a second course was tough and poorly combined with the accompanying cream of garlic and oil, a dish that could be improved. Recommended but with room for improvement in the main dishes on the menu.

02/01/2025: We enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday at Masseria Il Frantoio. We stayed four nights and everything was truly wonderful. The property, our room, services, breakfast and the two holiday meals we experienced were all fabulous. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, which we appreciated after our visits to the surrounding areas. We will return. Thank you to all the exceptional staff who made us feel at home.

13/11/2024: It occurred to me that I had eaten at this restaurant on four occasions and hadn't posted a review. Perhaps this was down to the fact that a decent restaurant in Ostuni is a rarity, (so many being aimed at the tourist who would never return anyway) that perhaps, subconsciously, I was keen to keep this place as my little secret! However, that's scarcely fair is it? Anyway, in simple terms, it's a great place and an honest restaurant serving excellent food (and with a decent wine list as well). I have also looked at the criticisms of the place and would have to disagree. Obviously people can make mistakes and things can go wrong. Yes, the tables are a bit close together and you have to book early to get a position alongside the view ... but really, what's the big deal. At heart you have a couple trying hard to offer good food at a perfectly acceptable price and long may this continue. I will be back and I'm already looking forward to it.

Los propietarios Alfonso y Adrianna son cálidos y amables, y fueron muy pacientes con nuestras habilidades tanto para hacer pasta y postre. Nos hicieron sentir como en familia e hicieron que la clase de cocina fuera muy divertida. Las salsas de pasta de Alfonso eran ligeras, llenas de rico sabor a tomate y bellamente presentadas. Recomiendo encarecidamente la clase de cocina y el restaurante.

03/11/2024: When I'm in Ostuni, I can't help but stop in this bar: it's now a fixed stop! The specialty is the "Nun's Tits," soft, delicious and always very fresh. I highly recommend the pistachio ones, which are truly irresistible, but I must say that they are all delicious and with attention to the smallest details. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always courteous and attentive. A perfect place to enjoy high quality typical desserts in the heart of Ostuni. Super recommended!

22/10/2024: This was my favorite restaurant in Ostuni. It is difficult to eat healthy in Italy, no lie there. Generally on a vacation I don’t worry so much about what’s going in my mouth, but being here for 6 weeks, I needed to make sure that I was prioritizing healthy meals 80% of the time. This is the first reaturaunt where it was easy to eat a variety of prepared vegetables and a nice piece of fish at a very nice price. Highly recommend this stop if you are sick of eating pizza and pasta

12/01/2025: This was our favourite restaurant over 10 days in Italy, so much so that we ate here twice. The staff were warm and welcoming, the restaurant was beautiful and the food was fantastic. The "Drunkard's Fettucine" (served with orecchiette pasta that night) was full of subtle and interesting flavours and the pork that my partner had was cooked to perfection. The Flan di cicoria starter was also quite special. I would highly recommend this venue.

07/01/2025: Went there for the pasta 🍝 the atmosphere and the service was incredible the wine 🍷 salad bread cocktail was perfect I had been craving spaghetti all week this was the worst fettuccine marinara stay away from I’m sure the rest of the menu is good 😊

I had bone splinters all over my flesh, I said something about that and then I got the answer 'yes, that comes from the bone'. I got that far too... then I asked if he understood that this is not nice. To which he said 'yes, sorry'. That's it. Furthermore, an attractive garden. Food is ok. Nice wine list.
