07/04/2024: Perfection can be human. Magnificent structure even if a little far from the most important centres. Crazy rooms, some of which are at the limits of the imagination. Excellent cuisine with friendly, prepared and impeccable service. We stayed with friends to stay overnight and have lunch over Easter and it was a wonderful feeling. Too bad it only lasted 1 day

01/04/2024: We received attention and care, the fish both raw and cooked in salt was excellent, good value for money. Despite the fact that from the outside it seems a bit ordinary, the dinner was excellent. It deserves trust.

02/04/2024: I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and today I was finally able to make this wish come true. The dishes are traditional but also revisited, excellently prepared and served. The mixed appetizer, the cigars with ricotta, truffle and cardoncelli, the fusilloni with artichokes and the sliced meat are very tasty. The environment is rustic and characteristic, the outside is very welcoming. I recommend booking well in advance.

Nice environment, courtesy of the staff, impeccable service and refined dishes.
In the low season you can enjoy the tranquility being a tourist location.

Extremely exaggerated price
2 place settings €6 - 1 water €3.50 - 10 small, empty sea urchins €10 - 1 gnocchi with clams €14.00 - 1 fried fish €9.00 - 1 wine €20.00 - 2 sorbets €8. 00 - 1 coffee €2.00. Total 72.50
They can work with foreigners, but certainly not with authentic Apulians
01/05/2024: Had high expectations but honestly this restaurant is just not worth it - dishes arrived 30-45 minutes late. The tastes were just bad and the price / quality ratio completely off. Service chaotic. Bread stale and off. Contorni arrived way before the dishes. It’s literally a roadside shack with one rusty toilet charging 4* prices for no substance. Our biggest let down on our trip in Puglia - and probably ever in Italy. Extra star for the view and the red prawns.

06/04/2024: Small restaurant, but welcoming and familiar, the owner "Pina", the collaborator Fabio and the others always ready to satisfy every request. Really good and refined food. I advise.
01/04/2024: Never again. After 2 calls before arriving. After booking at 2pm. The owner tells us: you have to wait 10 minutes as the table is freed up. At 3.10pm we left because we still needed 10 minutes of waiting....I can't stand being bullied...
While waiting we heard the waiters say to the tables, "this one is finished, this one too, this one too etc.....
You are scandalous, I won't say anything else.... I would call the restaurant "10 MINUTES"...
If it were possible even 0 stars.

11/05/2024: We spent a week in Torre Canne and ate here every evening. The fish carpaccio and tuna tartare are my favorites for starters. The noodle dishes are all delicious. At Secondo Piatto I love the fish dishes or seafood. The desserts are all very tasty.
When it came to wine, we trusted the recommendation. That always worked wonderfully!
The atmosphere in the restaurant is very friendly. We always felt very comfortable!

We tried the house mixed starter and different types of pasta with fish
All delicious, highly recommended for those who want to try an authentic taste of Puglia
Really interesting final bill, we will certainly return

01/05/2024: Endless wait for dishes. Tasteless food and cold dishes. There were 11 of us and everyone took a different dish, but every dish was unremarkable. Only positive note: Friendly staff. The fault lies with our friend Vittorio for having booked.
