23/07/2026: We only stayed for one night because we were passing through. The location is strategic, convenient, and romantic, right on the cliff. Alessandro (the owner) is polite and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. The breakfast was good; with some modernization of the rooms, it would be 5-star. It has everything you need, and it's a romantic throwback to the '90s.

01/07/2026: Definitely the best restaurant in Torre Sabina.
We tried the beef tagliata and the grilled fish—both were superb.
Even the house wine is Due Palme.
The owner is lovely, and his daughter is incredibly efficient and just as kind as her father. The son is the chef who prepares all these delicious dishes. Shall we go back tomorrow?

23/02/2026: Tonino is very friendly, as is the staff. The drinks are very good, as are the croissants, etc. You can purchase things like paper napkins, drinks, or other items. If you're hungry and want to have a pleasant time, don't hesitate to stop by.

The pizza chefs are very skilled: the pizzas are delicious, cooked to perfection. In addition to pizza, they also offer a wide selection of top-quality meats. The appetizers are an instant hit, rich and tasty, while the beer is always served chilled.
The cleanliness is also excellent, especially the bathrooms, which are always impeccable. The owners and the entire staff are always smiling and up to the task, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
Another plus is the convenient parking and the option of eating outside for those who wish.

Really delicious pizza, quality ingredients, and a light dough. But the real asset of the place is Imma: incredibly kind, cheerful, and professional! She makes you feel right at home with her super welcoming attitude. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

21/10/2025: There is simply no disabled access to go down two floors to access the rooms. No elevator and no inclined plane. Otherwise the hotel is perfect. The water in the rooms is declared non-potable, but unlike in France where hotels are required to provide bottles of water in the rooms when the water is not drinkable, the water is chargeable. It is a bit of a shame for a hotel of this class to fall a little on details.

Just started at this place. Really disappointing. The owner, very insecure, didn't even know what to recommend. 6 bombette, 6 pieces of sausage, a slice of tagliata, an antipasto plate that included 4 slices of mortadella, 4 slices of capocollo, and a few slices of salami and cheese, and a plate of carpaccio. All this for three people, paying 120 euros total. It's way too much, not even if we had eaten fish and oysters. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

31/10/2025: Top notch place! As a local from Brindisi that travels all over the world, this place goes above and beyond. Beside the great food, the server that helped us was awesome, great customer service! The guys welcomed us when we got in and explained how it works, great meats and food. If you like trippa get the one in the red sauce, it’s done very well (a lot of places don’t know how to prepare trippa, they do). Traditional local food, great customer service and nice ambiance, you can see the passion in their business.

Delicious meat, fast service, and impeccable.
Spectacular platter, it costs 18 euros but it's worth it.
Beautiful location.
The bill is a little high, but you know, quality comes at a price.
My only suggestion: a little house wine in bulk at a reasonable price.
