I've rarely reviewed a five-star restaurant. Here you'll find excellent meat, fantastic staff, and an authentic atmosphere. I stumbled upon it by chance on my first night of summer vacation in Puglia, and I must say I was very lucky. The young woman serving us later offered us drinks at the counter and some of their traditional sweets. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

A gem in Carovigno. Hospitable service, delicious meats from their own butcher shop. Enjoyed incredibly delicious food and drinks among the locals at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for the true Italian Puglia experience, you should definitely eat here!
