05/01/2026: I've been going to Antichi Sapori in Cassano delle Murge for a long time, and I can say it without exaggeration: it's one of those pizzerias that, over the years, not only stays the same, but gets better and better. I'm not one to go out often, so when I do, I choose places that make me feel good, and here I know that the evening will always be a success. The pizzas are truly spectacular. The dough is light, super digestible, and cooked to perfection; the ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste it. Each pizza is balanced, flavorful, and made with care. It's the kind of pizza you finish with pleasure and that makes you want to return even before you leave the table. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and relaxing. It's one of those places where you can talk calmly, laugh, and enjoy company without rushing or stressing. Here, time never seems to slow you down, and that's something I really appreciate because it makes the evening truly enjoyable. The staff deserves a special mention: always kind, smiling, and super helpful. They make you feel welcome from the first moment, attentive but never intrusive, and they manage to create a positive atmosphere that makes all the difference. Even if you don't come often, you still feel "at home," and that's a wonderful feeling. Even though I don't go out much, when I choose Antichi Sapori I know it will be a top-notch evening in every way: excellent food, perfect atmosphere, and passionate people. For me, it's an absolute guarantee and one of the best pizzerias in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious pizza and a truly worthwhile evening.

20/10/2025: I'd say the food is more than good, but the girl serving seems truly unwelcoming. It's clear she knows her stuff professionally, and perhaps experience or personal events have toughened her character; but it's still a public service job, and courtesy remains a strong point of a successful company.

10/01/2026: The €24.90 per person combo was disappointing! The sea urchins were almost empty, and the spaghetti with jarred sea urchin pulp was flavorless. Obviously, it was predictable that at that price it couldn't be otherwise. Never mind.
