Certainly for its elegant location, nestled among centuries-old olive trees, but above all for the trust that Paolo, the dining room manager, and his fantastic staff placed in us. Paolo and Mimì, the dining room manager, accompanied us throughout the entire preparation phase of the event, fulfilling our every request and guiding us with discretion and expertise right up until the wedding day. We and our guests will always cherish this special date, July 12, 2025, made so by impeccable organization, attentive service, and the excellent quality of the food. 09/08/2025: July 26, 2025, the most important day of our lives, we decided to celebrate at Villa Ciccorosella. This enchanting and elegant location, a perfect blend of a farmhouse and a reception hall, meticulously maintained and refined, was a perfect match. We fell in love with it immediately. Paolo Miscioscia, the director, guided us from the very beginning with discretion, kindness, and professionalism, advising and being available throughout the event. The lunch was excellent, using only the finest and highest-quality ingredients, much appreciated by all our guests. The staff was always present and attentive to our every need, and Mimì, the dining room manager, with her professionalism and kindness, took us by the hand and guided us through that wonderful day, ensuring everything went exactly as we had hoped. 01/09/2025: I went to Giacuda Braceria last Saturday with friends. The place is open-air, very spacious, and welcoming. We had meat: really good, well-cooked, and of high quality. It was the last day of opening before the holidays, so the selection was limited, but the staff was still friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back to try the full menu when it reopens.

20/08/2025: We spent couple of days on a family vacation at Villa delle Querce Resort. Our family room ws spaciois, with a outdoor whirlpool on the terrace. Staff was very nice and helpful, always ready to help and to meet our requests. The pool was super clean, anytime we approached it. Breakfasts were good, more oriented to sweet cakes, but this is normal for Italy, as far as I know. Villa delle Querce Resort has really good location, perfect starting point to visit towns as Matera or Bari. Airport in Bari is accessible very fast from this place.

05/07/2025: We had a double booked Airbnb so we called Villa delle Querce in the middle of the night. They were super helpful and still had a room available. The service and food is great and everyone is very friendly! A beautiful place and must visit.

31/07/2025: During a business trip to Palo del Colle, I asked the waitress at the restaurant where I dined to recommend a gelateria. Without hesitation, she recommended Bar3000! I hadn't had such delicious gelato in a long time! Even though it didn't last long, it was truly memorable. I don't usually write reviews, but the gelato at Bar3000 was my best memory of this charming town!
