There was something magical about the atmosphere, the meticulously maintained greenery, the olive trees... an emotion so strong it brought us to tears. Paolo, the director, was simply extraordinary. With his calm, infinite patience, and rare ability to listen, he accompanied us step by step, making every request a reality, even when it seemed difficult. His human and authentic approach made us feel immediately understood and in good hands. A heartfelt thank you also to Marilyn, the owner, and Mimì, the head waiter: both were always available, present, and attentive. We immediately developed a special connection with Mimì, which made the entire planning process even more natural and peaceful. The wedding day was simply perfect. Every detail, every corner of the villa, the professionalism and care of the staff: everything contributed to creating an unforgettable atmosphere, one we will cherish forever. We couldn't have asked for anything better. And the fact that it was available on June 21st (the summer solstice) seemed like a sign of destiny. 28/02/2026: Nestled in the countryside of Palo del Colle, this is a well-appointed and welcoming masseria. Clean, tidy, beautiful, and tastefully furnished. The dining room is very welcoming and modern, with a garden view and new furnishings. The refined restaurant, attentive to the chef's latest creations, offers fresh, tasty, unique, and diverse dishes. It's worth visiting in the summer, however, for a more colorful visual impact and to stroll through the wonderful garden. Kudos also to the friendly and attentive staff. Recommended.

14/04/2026: Excellent quality A very positive experience at Giacuda. ​​We started with the antipasti and carpaccio: the meat was incredibly fresh, perfectly cut, and had balanced flavors. Everything was truly delicious. If you're looking for quality ingredients, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

12/02/2026: We visited Giacuda Braceria in Palo del Colle and had a truly excellent experience. We started with a selection of spectacular raw fish: the freshest beef carpaccio topped with arugula, parmesan shavings, and a drizzle of olive oil that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. Tender and superior quality. The pancetta served with warm crostini was also excellent, a simple yet perfectly executed combination. We then moved on to the grill... and that's where it really takes things to the next level. Mixed cuts masterfully cooked, juicy, tender meat with that light crust that only a well-done grill can provide. Precise cooking, intense flavor, and top-quality ingredients. A side dish of roasted potatoes, golden on the outside and soft on the inside, well-seasoned and not at all greasy. The involtini were also worthy of applause, flavorful and well-balanced. Welcoming place, warm atmosphere, and friendly, attentive service. Absolutely fair value for what you get. For those who love authentic grilled meat in the area, this is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

07/11/2025: I don't live in Palo, but every time I pass by I can't help but stop to buy and try new, high-quality products. I tried the taralli years ago, delicious. Today they've expanded the selection with amazing Sasanelli, sweet and savory tarallini, and breakfast biscuits, and I stop because otherwise I'll get hungry. Well done guys, the owners are very kind and helpful. Keep it up, you can't go wrong.
