31/01/2025: A customer for several years, I can only say that the pizza is truly excellent and I recommend it to anyone, the best in Palo del Colle, if not in all of Bari. Maximum seriousness and cordial relationship with customers and employees. Convenient quality and price for those who really have a passion for pizza!

17/01/2025: Historic structure, with good potential but poorly managed, two stoves to heat a very large room with a high ceiling, impossible to remove your coat. Food not bad but could be improved, welcome bad: we arrived at 8.15pm, the tables near the stoves were already occupied. We were told twice, both upon entering and when we were already seated, that opening was at 8.30pm (that's 15 minutes later!). And that the place would warm up later 😅.

07/01/2025: If I may, every time I pass by Gioia, the raw and delicious raw food and the meat too are a regular stop, all accompanied with an excellent beer. Then the owner is courteous and polite!

08/10/2023: First time in this restaurant, beautiful, refined, classy in the historic center of Palo del Colle, furnished with care, we are welcomed by the owner in a very polite way.... alas, the positive points end here. The menu only offers not exactly cheap pizzas starting from €12, which unfortunately seem like a mix between a pinsa and a focaccia cooked in an electric oven... the dough is rubbery, heavy, it's hard to eat half of it, finishing it is a The stomach will have to work all night to digest this titanic task. Sorry, we had other expectations reading the positive reviews.

08/10/2024: Best accommodation of our holiday in the region. Quality and service couldn't be better.

16/09/2024: Secluded among olive groves; report at a closed gate; open after calling. Parking lot and parts of the grounds require some overdue maintenance. The hotel itself is attractive. The suite is a beautiful room. Dinner is a la carte; breakfast is with lots of pastries (real Italian). It is a wedding location and is always less attractive for an individual guest. The waiting staff are hospitable and do their best. Compliments. The man who serves dinner alone (!) deserves a compliment. Staff cuts are being made. We stayed there for 2 nights. The pool looks good but the weather was not sunny and warm enough.
