05/12/2024: Excellent quality and price ratio! the food is really good, excellent quality raw materials, not just meat, which although I eat without excess, tastes good and doesn't make me wake up at night to drink or digest 🫣 as has happened in other places. My favorite dishes are potatoes cooked in ash, grilled vegetables, fancy bruschetta and salad. Ah, I forgot the meat (it's a grill 😂), the classic tagliatelle and the delicate rolls with courgette. The cleanliness and the excellent service of the staff who are always kind, friendly and ready to listen and satisfy the customer are definitely to be appreciated. To put it in Borghese's words: Location 7 * Menu 8 * Service 8 * Bill 8 Advised? Definitely yes 😋👌

02/11/2024: Poor aperitif, I wasn't able to grab anything. Buffet covered in flies, first course completely overcooked, pre-cooked second courses and tasteless desserts. Experience to forget

18/10/2024: Wedding on 12.10.24. We immediately fell in love with the structure, the greenery that surrounds it, the single refined room, which easily adapts to the number of guests because if there are more guests with an opening door the room can be enlarged. Location suitable for those who love farms, but the guests are too many to not be able to enter. Furthermore, this is the right combination of refinement, elegance, a pinch of modernity and that ancient soul that reflects an estate from 1778. There is also the garden room which is more modern and overlooks the wonderful garden. Then there is the enchanting typical Apulian trullo, worth visiting. Exquisite food, lunch chosen basic and not too abundant. We were delighted by what we ate and we managed to eat everything, even though we were the newlyweds, because we had sweet Mimi, a sweet girl who was always at our side for every need and gave us the opportunity to get away from our relatives in order to eat and spread out the times better, without rushing, but it gave us confidence in what we had to do. The director Paolo, after a lot of fighting, listened better to our needs and indulged us, we also chose to have a super successful after-party without a cocktail corner, but only with beer and panzerotti, highly appreciated by everyone. Milena, the flower designer of the room, immediately accepted our requests for compositions to be placed in the room, even though the church photographer was someone else, all while remaining within the set budget. The guests complimented us on everything: location, high quality food, entertainment, organisation. The owner was present until the cake cutting and was very kind and very refined too. We did the cake cutting on the hill, an enchanting place without the vulcsnetti, but only with the. Bright bow the moment was lovely. So without spending too much, with a basic lunch, but with excellent organization and quality, with Villa Ciccorosella you can have a royal wedding. 16/09/2024: Simply the best on Palo del Colle. Calling it a bakery is an understatement. Everything they prepare is simply delicious. Highly recommended

16/09/2024: I ordered a buffet for my son's one year birthday, everything was excellent and very tasty, the guests really enjoyed it. The Panificio del Borgo is always a guarantee!

29/12/2024: Pizzeria known by searching on the internet, we booked and upon our arrival we were immediately seated, small but well kept environment, there is not a large variety of starters, (taralli, olives, bruschetta and potatoes) the pizzas I must say are well made , right thickness, neither too thin nor too double, well cooked and quality condiments, you could see that the products are of quality. Service well done, the waitress provided a correct and kind service, perhaps a little too quickly in giving us the bill, but I understand that it was Saturday evening and there were probably other reservations, honest prices in my opinion I would have put the cover charge at (1 € and not 2€) However I recommend it

21/12/2024: A place without too many frills, excellent pizza, the choice of starters is a little lacking but you can concentrate on the pizza.

08/10/2024: Best accommodation of our holiday in the region. Quality and service couldn't be better.

16/09/2024: Secluded among olive groves; report at a closed gate; open after calling. Parking lot and parts of the grounds require some overdue maintenance. The hotel itself is attractive. The suite is a beautiful room. Dinner is a la carte; breakfast is with lots of pastries (real Italian). It is a wedding location and is always less attractive for an individual guest. The waiting staff are hospitable and do their best. Compliments. The man who serves dinner alone (!) deserves a compliment. Staff cuts are being made. We stayed there for 2 nights. The pool looks good but the weather was not sunny and warm enough.

30/08/2024: This spot is prefect if you want to have one of the best pizzas in italy and by far the best in Palo del colle. We only waited like 8mins for the pizza to be made and the speck ham and stracciatella mozzarella just melt together and raised the feeling of eating delicious to a higher level.:)

25/08/2024: Repas en famille, nous étions 3. 40€ pour un plat, une grande bière, un dessert & un digestif (rapport qualité prix imbattable !!). Un accueil soigné & des pizzas de qualités qui font de cette soirée une soirée très réussite. Grazie, e stato PERFETTO
