21/09/2025: Food: Pizza, first courses, desserts, appetizers, all very good. I give it a 5/5. Service: Expensive and not the best, but really fast. That's why I give it a 4.5/5. Prices: A little high compared to pizzerias/restaurants in the city center or on the outskirts. Quality: 5/5, to be precise, 4.5/5. Ambience: Excellent Thoughts: The quality is really high, so nothing to complain about, but the prices are a little high. I would recommend lowering the prices overall. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

24/07/2025: We dined at this restaurant this evening, but I couldn't wait any longer to leave my review. When we arrived, we were greeted by exceptional staff. Knowledgeable, competent, but also super kind and approachable. We completely trusted them and couldn't have made a better choice. We chose one of the available menus and received appetizers including frisée, vitello tonnato, meatballs, pulled pork, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses. The main course was entrecote with sweeter cuts. I can't find a dish we didn't enjoy. The meat was AMAZING. The super Federica served us: helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

12/09/2025: Is disgusting a good description? Nothing fresh, the waitress taking questions doesn't even know where the world is going, and most importantly, she doesn't know the dishes on the menu. Frozen products aren't even listed on the menu. Commercial to say the least. The octopus sandwich is pricey, about €13, and it contains only two pieces of tentacles. 😂 Terrible food. Don't stop, it's not worth it; you'll just ruin your evening.

26/08/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for years, I've celebrated many anniversaries, I've always been satisfied, pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, but lately the pizza hasn't been as good as it used to be. I was very disappointed. I brought friends and I made a bad impression. I had spoken highly of it but instead I was disappointed. It's a shame. I'll think again in the future. 😥

La location con pietra viva e affreschi antichi che rendono questo posto magico, l’ottimo cibo preparato con materie prime di altissima qualità e il servizio hanno reso questa serata indimenticabile. Super consigliato!

20/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant in the center of Molfetta, excellent seafood, but there was a mishap with two of the entrees. The carbonara arrived 10 minutes earlier than the other entree. The tagliolini I ordered was different from what was described on the menu. Because I expected pistachio pesto and not basil pesto with chopped pistachios. When I went to the cashier, the guy didn't even apologize, and one of the owners ignored the incident, not caring.

24/08/2025: We enjoyed their gelato so much – the flavors were fantastic! My son’s favorites are mint and stracciatella, while mine are coffee, nocciola, and pistachio. The espresso was wonderful, a taste I’ll never forget. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming.

12/10/2025: Pizzeria very close to the Port of Molfetta. Truly a fantastic location (I'm referring to the "inside" structure). Pizzas with highly hydrated, well-leavened dough. You eat it and you don't really taste it. I suggest the pizza chef increase the "toppings" a bit. Otherwise, excellent appetizers, first courses, fried foods, and desserts. Worth 100%. Top.

17/09/2025: On the discreetly secluded terrace on the Corso in the old town, we encountered a very committed, young service team who were friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable and helped us enjoy a lovely evening. As it is both a restaurant and a pizzeria, we had starters (pasta in Primitivo sauce and orichette with mushrooms and sausage meat) and main courses (tuna tataki and pizza mortate with eggplant and mortadella), as well as white and red wine, and were sent off with the Semifreddo Pistacchio and the Brown Bacchio. The restaurant was almost empty at 7:30 p.m., and by 8:00 p.m., 120 mostly local guests were sitting at around 40 tables. Everything was lively, the atmosphere was like that of the evening, and the service and kitchen team were asked to do their very best. It was a very good meal, a lovely evening, and a great memory. Thanks to all the staff at Fermento Vivo.
