05/02/2025: A few months have passed since I had the pleasure of being invited to a wedding in this magical place. Even now the memory is vivid and magnificent. Everything is truly wonderful, the location, the food and above all the professionalism of the staff. I felt pampered with a care and courtesy that I didn't think possible given the number of guests. Really congratulations! You are exceptional!

30/01/2025: In a full place (Sunday lunch), courtesy and availability were maintained. The welcome plate disappears in no time. Appetizing first courses, respectful of tradition (very sweet turnip tops and al dente pasta, noteworthy paccheri with fish and broth, tagliatelle with mushrooms in which the mushroom did not cover the flavor of the pasta), perfect second courses (braised pork and stuffed calamari of ricotta: perhaps these are a little weak compared to everything else). But the highlight were the desserts: all excellent. The choice of wine did not satisfy everyone (my fault: the sweet primitivo doesn't excite me, even if it was still suitable for the type of order). Adequate consumption time; price consistent with how much eaten. Let's continue like this

12/01/2025: ...siamo stati tante volte in questo bel posto sulla Murgia dove abbiamo sempre mangiato bene...ma ultimamente vedi l'afflusso enorme di clientela si è persa la strada maestra...antipasti molto buoni,primi molto buoni,carne 🍖 salsiccia e varie saporita ma fredda...dolce e vino nella norma...un vero Agriturismo non apre solo la Domenica (ovviamentesono scelte personali)...proprietario e personale preparato e cortese...ad MAIORA...
