I was there last night and I already want to go back.
A welcoming and unique place. The waiters are super helpful and kind, the service impeccable and fast.
In addition to the excellent food, the portions are generous and well-prepared. Not to mention the desserts... extraordinary.
Everything I ordered exceeded my expectations.
A must-try, you won't regret it, trust me!

08/09/2025: I tried Pizzeria *Il Castello* in Capurso, choosing a white pizza with ham, mushrooms, and zucchini, made with whole wheat dough. Despite choosing a basic pizza with light ingredients, the pizza didn't quite meet my expectations and was a bit heavy to digest. My constructive criticism still deserves a 4-star rating; perhaps I'll try it again with a different dough.

Every morning, since I discovered it, I've been coming for breakfast with coffee and a polacca (a specialty pastry). I can't help but say, I've been so enchanted by this pastry shop that on Tuesdays, their day off, I refuse to leave the house. I can't face the day without the excellent coffee and polacca (plain) served with exceptional courtesy. I forgot, breakfast only cost me €2, and sharing a croissant is included in the service. Try it and believe it! And on Sundays, I come here with friends to buy their excellent pastries.

29/07/2025: Excellent bar, both for its wide selection of delicious croissants, delicious cappuccino, and amazing coffee, and for a quick lunch or an aperitif on the spotless outdoor terrace overlooking the church. The owners are very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

06/09/2025: It was a terrible experience, not because of the food itself, but because of the staff and the service. The owner, in my opinion, was unpleasant. The waiter was distracted because he hit my husband's head with his plate several times. In short, I could have avoided this experience...

04/05/2025: Among the best taralli I have ever eaten. Every time I go back down, I always stop by Capurso to stock up on taralli to take back to Florence. There are various flavors and formats of tarallo, both sweet and savory, but also other products occasionally.

07/09/2025: Ordered two McCrunchy sandwiches without lettuce or tomato at 1:40 PM on the drive-thru. When I got home, both sandwiches had the ingredients and the cutlet was black and tough. Drive-thru service is getting worse, I hope they do something.
03/09/2025: Ample parking, ideal for children's birthday parties, even for two at a time. Don't ask about the cleanliness? Thanks to the staff, the company patiently and quietly keeps the place spotless, despite the uncivilized patrons.

01/09/2025: Good prices, but the difference in the gluten-free pizza was like ripping off the customer. The difference in the price of the base pizza was €6 more than the base price, which was €4.50, for a total of €10.50.
They'd be quicker to say we don't have a gluten-free pizza base.
Because on top of the illness, there's insult.
For all celiacs, it's best avoided.
14/08/2025: I recommend it for excellent pizza. The interior is small but charming and well-kept.
