06/04/2024: It's difficult not to be amazed, the recovery of an old oil mill creates the right atmosphere and above all increases the expectation of the food as, in my opinion, it recalls in a certain sense the culinary tradition that we are slowly recovering. The pizza is superb, no ifs or buts.
01/04/2024: Very beautiful location, completely in stone, excellent quality food, more than satisfactory service. It's not the first time we've come to this place and we always happily come back.

20/02/2024: On the advice of friends we went to this nice place, the products served are of good quality. The only things I didn't appreciate were the lack of a drinks list, or at least we weren't given one, and the service. Let me explain, the service was so fast that when we finished eating the various sandwiches and appetizers, even though we still had drinks to consume, they literally took away our placemats, glasses of water and napkins, making us understand that we had to leave. Something like this has never happened to me, absurd.

28/12/2023: La pizza estuvo increíble y la atención fue excelente. Sin duda, cuando vuelva a Bitritto volveré a La Baita. Tuvimos un deguste de diferentes platillos por parte de Fedele, Katia, Ioana y Giovanni.
Gracias por la atención y brindarnos tan bonita experiencia y deguste.

23/09/2023: Bel locale grande con tavoli in giardino, ottime pizze di vari gusti, consiglio il doppio impasto a chi non piace la pizza sottile. Personale gentile e servizio veloce.
02/09/2023: Una bella struttura, tavoli in un immenso prato. La pizza è arrivata dopo 90 minuti, la prima e la altre dopo circa due ore; le "giustificazioni " del titolare erano prive di ogni logica. Pizza piena di olio e per digerire dovrò prendere un diger selz. Al momento del pagamento di € 90, di cui 30 con carta, viene rilasciata una ricevuta fiscale delle sole 30 euro perché a giustificazione il titolare dice di aver chiuso il conto. Sconsiglio vivamente di recarvi in questo locale: c'è molto di meglio per mangiare! Si mangia malissimo!
