21/05/2024: Let's start from the beginning. Very loyal customer for at least two years and in recent months even a record of 6 pizzas in a week. Here's what went miserably wrong recently: - hair and hair in the pizzas (even the dough) twice - deliveries half an hour before the agreed time (the guests had obviously not arrived) - deliveries delayed by twenty minutes several times And now the most serious thing is the attitude towards a loyal customer who, in addition to notifying us of the problems, did not complain too much. This evening, due to a delivery problem, the pizzas hadn't arrived for half an hour. I called to ask for information and they told me that they had this problem with the deliveries and that they would arrive shortly and the pizzas were ready. After twenty minutes (about ten minutes after closing time) still no pizza arriving and I called back to find out. I then asked with an innocent joke if the pizzas were cold and the gentleman on the phone got angry and hung up on me and obviously never answered the phone again. The pizzas that arrived 40 minutes late were cold, with solidified mozzarella, rubbery and horrible. Miserable consolation "FREE DELIVERY" wow thanks. It won't make much difference to you if you lose a customer, but I save myself a big stomach ache and above all a shopkeeper incapable of apologizing, dealing with customers and offering a minimally decent service. Shame on you.
