12/02/2026: Gimmy...over time, they've achieved remarkable results, both in terms of service and with very good, top-quality meals. They're very organized and work as a team. I also thank Ingrid. The couriers are very kind and punctual with their deliveries. Thank you, that's the least I can say.
06/02/2026: I ate terribly, the pasta was overcooked, and the person serving it was even rude. I asked her what was wrong because I couldn't see anything because the glass was completely fogged up, and condensation was even falling on the pasta, and this was causing a phenomenon!!! I ate better in the military canteen 40 years ago, never again. Shame on you!!!

18/01/2026: Well, it's not much to say that the pizza is not good, neither in terms of dough nor in terms of the quality of the ingredients. Said by a pizza chef with thirty years of experience in the sector. The price is high for what you ate.
18/01/2026: I only managed to eat the appetizer... I ordered a pizza without tomato sauce because I'm allergic, but with plenty of mozzarella and a thick crust. The pizza was inedible, with no tomato sauce or mozzarella either, a raw crust, and a crust so hard I couldn't even get it off with my husband's help. I left it there. I went to the cashier to pay, and there was no "all right," no discount, no nothing. 70 euros. I paid for the pizza in full, even though I hadn't eaten it. Never again. Highly not recommended.

06/12/2025: Let's start with the assumption that I live three minutes from the pizzeria, and yet I had put a cross on this pizzeria. The pizzas are always raw and rubbery.
Never press the fries because they are raw and soft.
But despite all these reasons, today, after five months, I decided to try again, and they saw fit to bring me the pizza to TORRI DI ARCUGNANO. I called and they said they'd remake it, but when they delivered, they were cold and obviously rubbery, as always.
Pizzeria FAILED
29/11/2025: One of the few pizzerias that hasn't inflated its prices unreasonably.
Unfortunately, it's happened to me several times that I arrive early and the pizzas are already made. The point of a pizza at a pizzeria is to have it freshly made, not in a freezer that's been sitting there for who knows how long.

09/11/2025: We had bruschetta, a welcoming atmosphere, and good service. I was fooled by the excellent reviews of the pizzas, but the bruschetta was terrible, served on a very old piece of wood, supermarket-quality bread, and ingredients of poor quality and quantity... I spent little, but it was a waste of money. I hope the owners read my review, because the place deserves it.
29/08/2025: The ATM doesn't exist.
Next time, there'll be a power outage.

06/01/2026: We were passing through and stopped for a pizza, then looking at the menu we opted for a tagliata with side, and it was an excellent choice. The meat was delicious and tender. The side dishes were simple but delicious too. Very friendly staff and fast service. We'll be back!
19/12/2025: August... we tried a little bit of everything! Tasty dishes, often quite generous! The pizza they make for dinner is also very good. The wait staff is friendly and kept busy even with the packed house... with August 15th just around the corner :-)

03/01/2026: Truly unpleasant experience!
We booked for 5 people. Upon arrival, the lady didn't even say hello. Then we sat down and she brought us the menu, calmly saying, "I'm coming!"
After 45 minutes, she came to the table to take our order. All five of us wanted food, and with zero professionalism, she said the kitchen wasn't open!
I say these people should go dig the land!!!!!
I strongly advise against it!
I'm sorry you can't give less than 5 stars for the service and professionalism!!!!
03/01/2026: It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. We arrived and waited five minutes before being seated at our table. After choosing our dishes, we asked if she could take our order, but the lady calmly replied, "I'm coming." They came to take our order 50 minutes later and told us the kitchen was closed and they only made pizza! The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service is unacceptable.

23/12/2025: Since I discovered it, I always come here to get it, very light, good, excellent ingredients! I love this pizza 🍕😍
20/12/2025: We arrived on time, but were told to wait another 15 minutes. After more than 20 minutes, I asked for directions, and only then did the waitress tell the pizza chefs to start preparing the pizzas.
In total, we waited about half an hour longer, despite having placed the order an hour and a half earlier.
To make matters worse, one of the pizzas we ordered (a Margherita) wasn't a Margherita at all.

21/08/2025: Sunday, August 18th, 7:40 PM, I walk in to order takeout pizzas. A young man at the cash register, a woman checking the orders, two pizza chefs, and three delivery drivers. At 7:46 PM, I leave (after a sauna) without anyone paying attention to me. I understand the phone orders, I understand that you would have preferred to be at the beach, I don't tolerate rudeness, and I thank you for the little hearts. Adios.

20/12/2025: We ordered a Neapolitan fritto misto and two pizzas with Neapolitan dough added. The pizzas were inedible, they tasted horrible; even the frozen pizzas are better. The Neapolitan dough costs +1.00 more...
The "Neapolitan" fritto misto, for €13, consisted of 1 crab claw, two breaded mozzarella balls, two Ascoli olives, two pettole, and two onion rings, all typical Neapolitan fried food. 🤣
In short, there's nothing Naples about it. On the other hand, it feels like they're being taken for a ride...
Never again.
