28/08/2024: Siamo tornati ancora una volta a La Posata Bianca e ogni visita a questo ristorante è come un viaggio in un mondo di sapori e raffinatezza che non smette mai di stupire e deliziare. I piatti, come sempre, sono delle vere e proprie opere d’arte. Ogni portata è un trionfo di sapori, un’armonia perfetta tra ingredienti scelti con cura e preparati con maestria. La chef continua a sorprendere con creazioni che sfidano le aspettative e lasciano un’impronta indelebile sul palato (sublime il Sogno di Namelaka al cioccolato fondente e sale Maldon, cioccolato bianco, arachidi sabbiati, gel al lime e caviale di lampone!). È chiaro che dietro ogni piatto c’è una passione inesauribile e una competenza che solo i migliori possono vantare. L’atmosfera intima e raffinata di La Posata Bianca fa sentire ogni ospite speciale, avvolgendolo in un abbraccio di comfort e calore che rende l’esperienza culinaria ancor più memorabile. Il direttore di sala, con la sua professionalità e cordialità, riesce sempre a farci sentire i benvenuti, aggiungendo un tocco di classe che fa la differenza. Ogni volta che ci sediamo a tavola qui, sappiamo che stiamo per vivere un’esperienza culinaria che va oltre il semplice mangiare. 29/07/2024: Group pizza for a total of 6 people, excellent pizza, the pizza is fine and crunchy, quality products used to season the pizza. Service a little long between the order and the arrival of the pizza at the table but I think this is due to the large number of people present

11/08/2024: Retro style restaurant, managed by friendly and competent staff. Very good pizza, thin and crunchy. I ate a very tasty Marinara with the special addition of holy oil: Top combination 🔝 Excellent quality-price, given that we ate well for the right amount.

30/07/2024: A question would arise spontaneously: why in a tourist location, made up of so much Italian tourism and not only, don't you have eyes to make dinner more pleasant? Once seated you are almost invisible.... I already know the answer.... .lack of staff. Yet the numbers to hire were there if they were there. Sold out. Alright guys, get a move on...But let's talk about food. I don't think I've ever eaten such good pizza in my entire career as a journalist. Thin, cured, well cooked, a delight on the palate. Certainly a place like this would deserve a 10 and praise, but the wait isn't worth that much. Rating 8

14/05/2024: We got two pizzas, but unfortunately one was worse than the other. The dough was of poor quality and at times inedible, the ingredients were equally low quality, not cooked enough or cooked in the wrong way. I'm sorry, because we chose it given the high review rating here on GoogleMaps.
