Very friendly staff.
12/01/2025: Nice pizzeria in Monterosso, near Abano Terme.
Parking: you can always find it, either in front of the restaurant or in the nearby streets.
Location: pretty, renovated, clean, young, with human warmth.
Pizzas: very very good, with corn and quinoa doughs too.
Very good and succulent ingredients.
The French fries are also delicious, as is the persimmon sorbet with chocolate chips.
But, above all, I would also say the service. The waitresses, starting with Greta, are nice, humble, positive, smiling, always at your service, in the good sense of the term.

The dough gives the sensation of eating chewing gum, the flavor is typically commercial/industrial, probably the result of a lack of refinement of the ingredients, it cools immediately and the cheese becomes almost plastic... a pizzeria that's a little out of the blue

23/01/2025: Lack of attention to hygiene. Bread baskets (open), which are passed from one table to another and therefore exposed to contamination. Incorrect safety signs, with risk in case of evacuation. Service often entrusted to inexperienced but nice and kind students. The quality of the products is no longer what it was some time ago and we are sorry about this because the environment is truly very welcoming. Last very painful note: unfortunately, access is allowed to dogs who not only disturb customers but even eat from their owner's plate in defiance of all hygiene regulations. A note to the waitresses: empty glasses are never taken away unless you replace them with full glasses. Taking away empty glasses is equivalent to telling the customer "it's time to clear the table...."

Their pizza, which is thin and light, is perfect for anyone watching their carbs—it’s a guilt-free indulgence that still leaves you satisfied because it is large enough. What makes it even better is the wide variety of toppings. You can either create your own or choose from their signature options. My husband paired his with their specialty IPA, which was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is truly unique and worth a trip just to see the decor. It's a rustically designed space like a chateau and the friendly staff made the entire experience truly memorable.
