28/08/2024: Siamo tornati ancora una volta a La Posata Bianca e ogni visita a questo ristorante è come un viaggio in un mondo di sapori e raffinatezza che non smette mai di stupire e deliziare. I piatti, come sempre, sono delle vere e proprie opere d’arte. Ogni portata è un trionfo di sapori, un’armonia perfetta tra ingredienti scelti con cura e preparati con maestria. La chef continua a sorprendere con creazioni che sfidano le aspettative e lasciano un’impronta indelebile sul palato (sublime il Sogno di Namelaka al cioccolato fondente e sale Maldon, cioccolato bianco, arachidi sabbiati, gel al lime e caviale di lampone!). È chiaro che dietro ogni piatto c’è una passione inesauribile e una competenza che solo i migliori possono vantare. L’atmosfera intima e raffinata di La Posata Bianca fa sentire ogni ospite speciale, avvolgendolo in un abbraccio di comfort e calore che rende l’esperienza culinaria ancor più memorabile. Il direttore di sala, con la sua professionalità e cordialità, riesce sempre a farci sentire i benvenuti, aggiungendo un tocco di classe che fa la differenza. Ogni volta che ci sediamo a tavola qui, sappiamo che stiamo per vivere un’esperienza culinaria che va oltre il semplice mangiare. The dough was of poor quality and at times inedible, the ingredients were equally low quality, not cooked enough or cooked in the wrong way. 01/11/2024: When you enter this pizzeria it seems like you're taking a step back in time, I think the style is like the 70s/80s, very far from that of the new millennium. The restaurant is located a stone's throw from the historic center of Abano T., by walking you can easily get there in a few minutes. The pizzas are good, and the staff is courteous, calm and helpful. I think the management is historic and family-run. I would say the prices are very honest.

26/11/2024: Informal and very welcoming place. Food quality always excellent. The pizza dough is excellent. The guys are specialized and passionate about leavening and offer alternative doughs, paying attention to leavening times for a light and thirst-free pizza. I recently tried the latest dough with low sugar content (LowCarb) and I must say that compared to the previous one I find it excellent, both in taste and consistency and it has nothing to envy of a traditional dough. Highly recommended!

30/07/2024: A question would arise spontaneously: why in a tourist location, made up of so much Italian tourism and not only, don't you have eyes to make dinner more pleasant? Once seated you are almost invisible.... I already know the answer.... .lack of staff. Yet the numbers to hire were there if they were there. Sold out. Alright guys, get a move on...But let's talk about food. I don't think I've ever eaten such good pizza in my entire career as a journalist. Thin, cured, well cooked, a delight on the palate. Certainly a place like this would deserve a 10 and praise, but the wait isn't worth that much. Rating 8
