25/04/2025: We were two people and not too hungry so ordered a pizza and a side. And we don’t drink alcohol. That’s why this restaurant didn’t serve us. The rude waiter said minimum bill has to be €15 and ours would have been €18. Maybe they should mention this policy somewhere under the menu or let people know at the door. You can’t expect tourists to know things like this. Anyways, please don’t go here if you are not hungry enough or don’t drink alcohol. Negative points to Venice experience added today. Go to Lido Cafe down the road if you’ve been refused a pizza here.

23/04/2025: Fastest service I have ever experienced. It almost takes me longer to get to my own kitchen to get a drink than it took these waiters to bring ours. The place is nicely ambianced, spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was tasty without being necessarily memorable. The menu is varied and covers all Italian classics.

19/01/2025: Great place, quiet place and friendly staff. Very good pizza and meat. The only disappointment is on the Italian appetizer which they overcharged me when the waitress told me there wouldn't be (if possible you had asked for cheese instead of pickles). So from 7.50 I paid 10. I only noticed the extra charge at home. For the rest it is worth it, the prices are also reasonable for the quantity, the meat is very good!

19/01/2025: Ottimo posto, locale tranquillo e personale gentile. La pizza e la carne molto buona. Unica delusione è sull'antipasto all'italiana che mi hanno fatto il sovrapprezzo quando la cameriera mi aveva detto che non ci sarebbe stato (al posto dei sottaceti avevi chiesto se possibile del formaggio). Quindi da 7,50 ho pagato 10. Accorto solo dopo a casa del sovrapprezzo. Per il resto merita, anche i prezzi sono ragionevoli per la quantità, molto buona la carne!

30/03/2025: Frequentiamo questo locale circa 1 volta all'anno e andiamo sul sicuro. Niente di particolare però è centralissimo, il personale gentile, prezzi normali, cucina discreta, pizze a mio avviso da migliorare, però almeno non si prendono fregature. Dovessi dare un voto come a scuola darei un 6/7

24/04/2025: Waiter very unfriendly! When I asked why an additional €12 was charged on the receipt, he said there were fees for sitting!!! I've never heard anything like that before. Real scam club! 1xbeer, 1xglass of wine and 2xice tea 48€!

29/09/2024: I've ordered pizza several times because the staff is friendly and sometimes I've had really good pizza. The ingredients are nothing to say but tonight (and it's not the first time) some dry pizzas arrived that were practically unchewable. Unfortunately I have to say that today (and it hasn't always been like this even if it's not the first time) I ate the worst pizzas of my life and I'm very sorry because I repeat, on some occasions I had a good time and the guys are very kind.

05/04/2025: not recommended The experience overall was disappointing. The service seemed inattentive and not very guest-oriented - as a guest you don't really feel welcome. The prices seem significantly too high compared to the quality offered - e.g. E.g. 10€ for an Aperol Spritz that was neither particularly presented nor convincing in terms of taste. The surroundings made an unkempt impression to us: the floor was dirty, and some pieces of glass were lying around. The smell in parts of the facility was also unpleasant. The location itself is nice, but there are many alternatives around Lake Garda with a much better overall picture. It's a shame that the potential of the place is not being used - we wouldn't come back under the current conditions.

11/03/2025: I state first and last time... Excellent location.. Well-kept place... clean and everything well displayed... of course no parking in Bardolino in the centre! Non-existent slide for disabled people... helped by my husband... large toilet but it was not suitable for a disabled person... only men and women. Naturally booked the day before...luckily. Luckily we arrived an hour early and were served quickly... Excellent food...congratulations... My criticism consists of these two points... First of all, novice waitresses in any way... they treat each other badly in front of the customers... the maitre d' made some truly embarrassing scenes... incredible nervousness... this is a job where you enjoy it by transmitting positivity... seeing an inexperienced waiter terrified... not good!... the smile always... he wonders if the dishes were to his taste in order to report to the kitchen... a maitre d' who passes by and sees empty plates on the table doesn't wait 20 minutes for the waiter to collect them... he does it him... and if you ask for a dessert without waiting times, he doesn't bring it, saying it wasn't my job... even if with a smile... asked given the waiting times of the diners next to us... Second, when you pay the bill, a smile and a kind word make the difference... even with new customers...
