30/08/2025: The pizza is 5-star, excellent!!! The 3 stars are for one reason only: we ordered a cured meat appetizer, which was also good, but there's a but. I don't think you should serve a cured meat appetizer without, I don't mean croutons or breadsticks, but at least two slices of bread. I'll be back, though, and I hope you've taken this modest advice into consideration.

26/10/2025: Last night, five of us: to say the food was bad is a compliment!!! Service that can't be called service!!! They tell you they can't bring you water because the bartender is busy!!! Or the other one that if they bring you a bottle of water they get confused!! Are you kidding me??? We only ate the pizza because we were tired and hungry; I don't know what else they made it with. They don't even know who arrives first or second, and at some tables the food was delivered and the drinks were delivered afterward!! Hmm!

23/08/2025: I've eaten there a few times. The value for money is excellent. The only thing that could be improved would be the service. The staff seemed quite rude to me... I asked twice in a row if there was room to eat, and they responded with incredible arrogance. It's a shame because the pizza is really good.

13/10/2025: Total disappointment: poorly organized and terrible pizza service We came for the "pizza service," which cost about €19 per person (drinks and cover charge excluded), but it was a truly disappointing experience. Poorly organized from start to finish. In total, only five pizzas arrived at our table: a small and watery Margherita (it tasted like a frozen one), a Marinara, a cooked ham and porcini mushroom pizza, a vegetable pizza with rice mozzarella (not good, and sorry for those lactose intolerant), and a pizza with speck, gorgonzola, and caramelized walnuts, the only decent pizza of the evening. The pizza I most wanted to try, the one with picanha, never arrived: the waitresses literally skipped our table, and after asking for it, they said, "Yes, yes, it's coming," but it never arrived. However, they continued to bring out Margherita pizzas over and over again. In the end, we gave up hope, gave up on the pizza tour, and ordered a coffee: it took 30 minutes to get a waitress, another 10 to get it, and the room was already half empty. The waitresses didn't even know what they were serving; they got the wrong table three times. Spending €35 per person (drinks and everything) for a Margherita, Marinara, and vegetable pizza is a complete rip-off. An evening to forget. I'd been there before and didn't dislike it, but honestly, looking at the price of pizzas these days, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it anymore.

12/10/2025: Terrible pizza experience, the dough was awful and the price was too high for having eaten 4 pizzas with crappy speck, tacolo marinara, raw Margherita and soupy tomato sauce and so on. 35 euros per person was too much, it was really a disgrace, we won't come again, completely disappointed. Extremely slow service.

12/11/2025: Management changed and everything was handled with less attention and friendliness... never again...

07/11/2025: After years of positive attendance, I have to update my review. The general quality and dishes have declined. Last time, I ordered a steak, and it was inedible. I tried to eat part of it, but it was all full of sinew and inedible. I notified the waiter, and they remade it. When I got to the cashier, they charged me 7 euros more because, according to them, I had eaten some of the meat from the dish they were complaining about. Crazy.

The rooms vary in size, as this hotel is housed in a converted farmhouse. The bathrooms are clean and a good size. The property, in my opinion, is very beautiful. It is nestled in the Porto Levante lagoon with a garden and private parking. For those who need or desire tranquility and silence, this place is perfect. The property is also well-maintained and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. It is located close to the long embankment and just a few minutes from the Via delle Valli, so it also offers opportunities for walking or cycling. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't need to drive. The location is very beautiful. You can enjoy the stunning sunsets and the passing flocks of flamingos and other birds that inhabit these areas. The breakfast is good, with the option of ordering cappuccinos or other beverages as desired. I especially recommend it to those who need to unwind and enjoy a few days of relaxation. The photo of the river is not taken from the structure itself, but from the long embankment in front of it.
