05/04/2026: Chain restaurant or pizzeria? When a pizzeria becomes a chain restaurant, something always gets lost in the shuffle. In this case, it's simply the service and the personal touch that you miss in Italy. Here, everything is geared towards throughput and revenue. The service was fast, young, and neither trained nor customer-oriented. There's a huge selection of pizzas. We ordered pizza bread as an appetizer, but it was very bland and tasteless—just plain pizza dough. The spicy pasta had a flavor that came purely from the tomato sauce; you had to imagine the chili or other flavors. If you're looking for a stylish evening with good food and ambiance, this isn't the place. If quantity and speed are your priorities, then it's certainly the right spot. We didn't enjoy it and wouldn't recommend it or come back again.

06/04/2026: 2 stars, plus 1 because the pizza was good and fresh. But I waited 50 minutes for a pizza and I don't know how many people who arrived after me walked past me. If they'd waited reasonably long (I wasted an evening this way, and I was coming from far away), it would be 4 stars. Go there IF YOU DON'T SEE ANYONE WAITING.

02/03/2026: Takeout pizzeria, they're fast and well-organized. The pizza isn't bad, and they don't use a wood-fired oven.

19/04/2026: I tried their pizza after they reopened. When I got it home, it tasted like chewing gum. It was incredibly chewy. It's a shame because the ingredients are good.

21/04/2026: I was here with my family for dinner. The waiter – a young Italian – was very friendly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We were completely satisfied 👍 On the bus ride home, the young man even recognized us and greeted us warmly 👋

20/04/2026: After a trip around the city, my husband and I wanted to have an aperitif/coffee in the evening before leaving. When we placed our order, the waiter seemed confused and claimed he had specifically asked if we wanted dinner and that this was a restaurant. We were quite taken aback – he cleared everything away, and to be honest, we didn't know if we were getting anything until our drinks arrived. Incidentally, the sign above the windows says Café Liston 12, not Restaurant Liston 12 ;-) Furthermore, there were plenty of seats available for other guests, so we understood his comment even less.

You can taste the quality with every bite: exceptional dough, super-fresh ingredients, and a selection of toppings that everyone will love. And then the prices... very fair, almost unbelievable for this level! Well done, keep it up: with this passion, the next 23 years will fly by 🔥😎💪

16/01/2026: Takeaway pizzeria just steps from the center of Cartigliano. It makes delicious pizzas with a variety of doughs: hemp, soy, whole wheat, gluten-free, and activated carbon. It has a youthful atmosphere and a wood-fired oven.

13/04/2026: I've ordered gluten-free pizza from this pizzeria several times, with home delivery (by phone). I have to say it's one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had. The dough is perfect, the right size (not smaller than usual), the dough is firm and elastic, with crispy edges. It's simply perfect, and every time I've ordered it, it has always been. The delivery drivers are always punctual and helpful, and the prices are excellent. Every time I'm in Vicenza, I do everything I can to get pizza here... What can I say? Thank you for doing justice to us celiacs!
