I'd say the service is excellent and satisfying, and the pizzas are delicious; you rarely find such good and light pizzas. 18/09/2025: Every year, I'm more and more satisfied with this place. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and warm! The food is always fresh and excellent quality! Impeccable service! They also offer takeout options! Soft and tasty croissants, with a variety of fillings and doughs! The coffee is excellent, with creamy coffee and cappuccino with always perfectly frothy milk! The ice creams are also excellent!

21/09/2025: Today, raw pasta was stuck to the leftover penne with sausage and mushrooms, and it was ready to be thrown away. Cold boiled meat was served with a lot of broth and no accompanying sauces. Even the salt shaker wasn't on the table. Taste the dishes before serving to avoid making a fool of yourself.

02/11/2025: I ordered an Insalata Mare Freddo, which arrived 15 minutes after my companions' pizzas. It was frozen seafood, hastily thawed, served on a very small amount of lettuce and completely tasteless cherry tomatoes. The best part was the two lemon wedges. Pretty pathetic for the price. The pizzas weren't particularly good either. The tuna and onion pizza was very oily, and the other one, I'm not sure which, was American style and overloaded with cheese. Well, some people like that sort of thing. The service wasn't very friendly, and the atmosphere in the upstairs dining room was rather unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it; there are better options in Bassano del Grappa.

23/09/2025: Attentive and knowledgeable staff, quality food, excellent pizza at reasonable prices. Everyone can eat with peace of mind as they are organized for allergies and food intolerances. They also allowed us to bring a G/F cake from a pastry shop to celebrate a birthday, and we purchased an excellent bottle of local Moscato. Thank you for everything.
