28/02/2026: I visited Pizzeria Don Matteo, located inside Villa Bellati, with my partner. He had been there before, but it was my first time, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. The place is beautiful, with spaces that retain the villa's ancient charm, enhanced by well-integrated modern elements that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. We chose the multigrain pizzas, which were truly excellent: light, tasty, and made with well-matched quality ingredients. The menu also offers first and second courses, so there's a wide choice for all tastes. The staff is kind and friendly, and the prices, considering the location, are decidedly fair. In short, a refined and pleasant environment where you eat well and feel at ease. I recommend it 👍

15/12/2025: I stopped here for convenience and because the reviews and photos inspired me. Well, I have to say, it was a good choice. The place is small, mainly for takeout, but inside there are two tables for those who want to eat in. They have a wide selection of pizzas, as well as club and salads. The pizzas are truly delicious, with a good, soft crust. I had a double dough pizza, which was truly exceptional. The staff/managers are also very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

15/04/2026: Fixed-price menu, excluding a quarter of wine and coffee. For a total of 18 euros. A bit of a joke.

29/01/2026: I stopped in for lunch during a workday, drawn by a fixed-price menu displayed outside. At checkout, I was asked if I wanted to pay cash or with a debit card. When I answered "debit card," the price suddenly changed and I was charged a "tourist menu," never indicated, never explained, and absolutely not displayed beforehand. I should point out that I have the receipt, which clearly shows a different price than advertised. This behavior is seriously unfair and misleading: customers should know the price before ordering, not find out at the cashier based on the payment method or arbitrary assessments. An extremely negative experience. Unacceptable practice, which undermines trust and damages the restaurant's image. I recommend paying close attention and always checking the bill. Now I understand why every time I drive by, there are a maximum of three or four cars parked outside. As long as you treat customers like this, it's obvious that after the first time they eat there, they won't return...

You can immediately see the passion and care they put into their work, both in the product and in their kindness when picking it up.
