28/07/2024: The service was very cordial and smiling. Unfortunately, the food was average, oversalted and the portions were tiny.

01/04/2024: Una cosa tremenda! Per cominciare ci hanno portato un antipasto offerto, una sfoglia con dentro surimi... SURIMI... a Rosolina mare il surimi! Il bollito misto di pesce (specialità di queste parti) era una confezione di sugo misto del banco frigo per fare la pasta... Nella brodaglia chi ha cucinato ci ha voluto inserire anche delle schie (piccolissimi gamberetti autoctoni commestibili solo fritti, non lessate), buttate in mezzo a questo composto senza senso. Abbiamo mangiato solo ciò che era commestibile per rispetto degli animali. Mio figlio di 3 anni ha preso una pasta alle vongole, è arrivato un piatto di pasta in bianco credo sui 150 grammi con sopra una manciata di vongole 4 piene di sabbia... Il "cuoco" ha voluto arricchire il piatto con una cozza lessa capitata dentro x sbaglio e qualche pezzo di pesce non identificabile. Però il gusto non era male. Seppioline al nero con polenta... Decente... Ultra salato e la polenta poverina era forse di 3 GG prima (tradizionalmente andrebbe la polenta morbida) Pizza dell'altro figlio discreta. Ho anche fatto presente al cameriere che tutto ciò era un po' imbarazzante, entrato in cucina ha riferito, e i cuochi stellati con relativa equipe sono scoppiati in una grassa grossa risata. Una cena pagata 70 euro. MAI PIÙ

29/06/2024: Het was lastig om een restaurant te vinden waar plaats was. Marconi had nog genoeg plaats over. Toen we een tafel aangewezen kregen bleef de gastvrijheid al snel achterwegen. Ikzelf had lamskoteletjes besteld. Deze zagen er op het eerste moment prima uit maar ze smaakte nogal zwart/verbrand. Toen ik de koteletjes omdraaide bleken ze allemaal pikzwart te zijn. Ik voelde me naast de slechte kwaliteit ook nog voor de gek gehouden! Koteletjes retour gegeven en achteraf nog in rekening gebracht.

06/06/2024: Personal war etwas "unterkühlt ". Essen mehr durchschnittlich als gut. Calzone geschmacksneutral, Fisch Seeteufel war gut, aber die Bratkartoffeln waren eindeutig vom Vortag und nur kurz angebraten. Coperto mit 3 € pro Person eher hoch. Für uns keinen zweiten Besuch wert.

26/08/2024: Ottimo ristorante, bellissima location( verso il tramonto è molto suggestivo e romantico).Cibo buono e abbondante, abbiamo preso un tagliere grande di salumi e formaggio da dividere veramente buono e poi un piatto a testa, sia la pizza che i primi piatti erano veramente ottimi. Personale molto cortese e prezzo corretto

10/08/2024: Very poor customer service. We sat for a coffee & the waiter was very rude because we only took a cafe and no food, not to mention he charged 6€ for cappucino when on a menu it’s 3.5€:) for next time I highly recommend you to at least tell a customer that you don’t want customers who only stops for a coffee, this is unacceptable behavior, 0 respect..

05/02/2024: Only by chance did we see it. Gripped by hunger after 52 galleries we couldn't find anything then.... The vision. The pizzeria was closed but the owner still offered us the service and made us a great platter. All delicious and very locally produced

14/01/2024: Consigliato da amici mi sono fermato in questa trattoria old stile, cosa che a me piace molto. Ai miei amici, più fighetti un po' meno. Comunque ambiente molto alla mano, la persona addetta alla tavola molto cordiale. Abbiamo optato per la cucina, non molte scelte. Come in tutti i locali di questo genere, piatti buoni a livello casareccio prezzi contenuti una bella serata sui monti di casa

10/05/2024: Indecent pizza, today of 5 diners 3 are sick (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea). Pizza hard as concrete, few ingredients (fortunately) as they are not fresh and of poor quality. Pizza late as always by 40 minutes, called early to guarantee us a time (late evening therefore end of shift) arrived at 10.00pm, obviously then the icing on the cake classic move of house workers (underpaid?) who say they have no change and keep everyone the money and go away peacefully. Congratulations to Alessandro, the owner, for this umpteenth disaster called Turbo (not so much) Pizza (it's a compliment to call it such). I recommend either you get back in line or please close.

03/03/2024: The pizza sucks, at least I paid less than 6 euros for a potato and they made it quickly, for the rest I don't want to go back again, better to pay more and eat well than pay little and eat a cold pizza with raw chips on top ( I would even go so far as to say boiled if they stayed warmer a little longer)

20/07/2024: Mehr als 10 Jahre besuchten wir mehrmals im Jahr Bassano del Grappa, bei jedem Aufenthalt waren wir mindestens zweimal zu Gast im Bella Capri. Die Küche wusste meist zu überzeugen. Das Service war immer, mit einem lichtblick, so lala. Aber bei diesem Besuch wurde leider der Bogen überspannt. Für vier Personen hat man uns einen Tisch für zwei Personen zu verkaufen versucht. Und das mit einem Argument dass dies die Tischgröße für vier Personen im Bella Capri ist. Wir haben dies als Frechheit empfunden, zumal wir ja wirklich Stammgäste sind und noch nie einen so klein Tisch bekommen hatten. Leider ist das Bella Capri so nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Und das hat nichts mit Komfort zu tun, sondern wenn nicht einmal die Getränke für vier Personen genügend Platz finden wo soll man dann das Essen einnehmen. Wenn in einem Restaurant kein Platz mehr ist dann sollte man ehrlich sein und es den Gästen auch mitteilen und nicht die Gäste auf einem viel zu kleinen Tisch platzieren und sie dann noch für dumm verkaufen. Der Tisch wurde reserviert, wenn auch kurzfristig aber dennoch bekamen wir eine Zusage. Somit geht wohl eine lange Treue verloren. Der neuen Generation an Gastronomen die anscheinend das Ruder in diesem Restaurant übernommen haben und anscheinend keinen Wert auf Stammkunden legen und lieber neue Kunden ansprechen wollen, welcher weniger Ansprüche haben wünschen wir von unserer Seize viel Glück. Wir werden uns in Zukunft anderweitig umsehen. Jene Freunde die wir in diesen 10 Jahren mit uns ins Bella Capri genommen haben Fernseher über diese Neuerungen natürlich auch informieren die müssen, zumal wir selbst aus der Gastronomie einen Ruf als Kenner zu verlieren haben. Wir wünschen den Betreibern des Bella Capri für die Zukunft viel Glück neues Konzept auch auf. Wie schon geschrieben die Küche wusste meist zu überzeugen.

10/07/2024: Serata afosa, dehor davanti ad uno storico glicine ventilato, personale sorridente :spaghetti alle vongole al profumo del sud e pizza morbidissima e ricca di mozzarella. ma soprattutto l'affettuosa accoglienza dei due storici titolari da cui vieni accompagnato come fossero tutti vecchi amici

20/08/2024: We had lunch here on August 16th. The restaurant opens onto the square, and eating outside is really pleasant, even in the August heat as there is a lot of shade. We ordered grilled turbot and spaghetti with clams which were really good. The service: professional and kind.

20/08/2024: The environment was okay. The menu included gnocchi with bacon and parmesan. My friend wanted them without bacon and that didn't seem to be a problem. I wanted to order them with bacon and the waiter said that wasn't possible. Either both with bacon or both without. He couldn't explain to us why this was so. The portions were relatively small. You could count the gnocchi on the plate on one hand. It wasn't filling at all and hardly tasted like anything. The gnocchi cost €15. The service was bad and unfriendly. It's absolutely not worth eating there.

12/07/2024: La qualità del cibo è ottima, pesce sempre fresco, porzioni abbondanti il tutto in locali ben arredati, spaziosi, eleganti. Personale preparato, gentile, proprietari strepitosi . Posto adatto per festeggiare ricorrenze, ampio parcheggio e sopra albergo. I dolci Made Campania, la pizzeria strepitosa . Bisogna andarci per apprezzare l’alta qualità.Mariella

20/06/2024: Its just an average restaurant for quick dinner, pasta was just ok, not a lot of flavour in it, atleast portions were really big, waiters are too pushy and constantly rushing you.
