14/04/2025: I had lunch at Osteria Berati in Mira and left with a smile. It's a quiet, simple, and welcoming place, just the way I like it. The staff is friendly, always available, and has a courtesy that's not superficial: it's genuine. We had pasta with pancetta and vegetables, tasty and well-seasoned, and a lovely, tender steak, with cooked vegetables and a Russian salad. It was all washed down with two cold beers that went perfectly. They also gave me the WiFi password without any fuss, which is always a nice touch. A true village osteria, in the heart of the Venetian countryside, where you can feel comfortable and enjoy delicious food. Smiles and kindness always come first. Recommended for those who want good food without too many frills.

04/01/2026: We ordered four pizzas, went to get them, and ended up with Maxi pizzas... I asked for an explanation, but they told me that if you don't specify whether you want a regular or a maxi pizza when you order, it's company policy that they make them a maxi pizza... I paid, laughed in their face, and pointed out that everywhere else in the world, it works the other way around. If someone wants a maxi pizza, they tell them so, otherwise they make a regular pizza... but obviously they're making more money with this excuse... They did it to me once, but it won't happen again 😂😂😂 I won't comment on the quality of the pizza so as not to be too harsh on them...
