07/04/2025: Excellent food but staff a little grumpy towards the end of the evening. I understand that you have to start cleaning but if you have accepted me to eat there I can't gorge myself. If you go around dinner time they are cute and cuddly!

19/02/2025: Owners should pay more attention to small things, for example, background music, it would be more comfortable, because sitting in silence and listening to the buzz of people is not very pleasant. The food is average, I wouldn't say it's anything special. Along with the fries, we were served, at our request, a jar of Eurospin mayonnaise, which is funny. They could have at least served it in some kind of gravy boat.

31/05/2025: For goodness sake....never again.....I order the sausages and after 1 hour and that's not a figure of speech.....an hour had actually passed.....they tell me it is but now it takes another 7/8 minutes.....I said forget it because otherwise I would leave at 1 in the morning....I had asked for another beer nothing.......they didn't even say sorry we forgot......I give the service one star because 0 can't be given. For goodness sake avoid

26/05/2025: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, VERY POORLY MANAGED!! We came at 8:00 pm and started ordering at 8:40 pm, they didn't even bring the starter bread and drinks, we started eating the appetizer at 9:30 pm after waiting 50 minutes, 50 MINUTES OF WAITING from ordering and over 1 hour and a half from arrival. For 2 medium appetizers and 3 portions of chips. In addition to this, the pizzas didn't even arrive until 10:30 pm. We decided to get up and leave because of the pitiful service. At the time of payment they made us pay €51 for having eaten almost nothing other than 2 medium appetizers which only have the name medium since they weren't even single portions and 3 portions of chips. NOT RECOMMENDED.

21/05/2025: Pizzeria easily reachable whether you are on foot or by car because there is a parking lot located about 5 minutes walk away.. suggestive place, fast, friendly and professional staff, excellent food.. pizza tooop... mixed fried pizza drinks and coffee 20 euros... an environment that puts you at ease

26/04/2025: Siamo arrivati qui in occasione di una fiera. Purtroppo è stata una cattiva decisione. Abbiamo aspettato per un'ora 3 pizze e un hamburger, dimenticati nel fondo del ristorante nonostante fosse praticamente vuoto con pochissimi tavoli. Quando finalmente è arrivato l'ordine, l'hamburger era ghiacciato, il pane comprato al supermercato, e hanno sbagliato il formaggio, carne stracotta,secca e fredda. Gli arrosticini che dovevano arrivare prima sono arrivati insieme al resto e in più erano duri. Una serata da dimenticare specialmente dovuto a che quando abbiamo fatto presente il disagio alla proprietaria, ha fatto finta di niente, non offrendo neanche scuse. NON solo non ci ritornerò mai più ma consiglio di evitarlo.Il servizio è pessimo e non c'è interesse nel migliorarlo.

26/04/2025: È un punto di ritrovo e una garanzia da anni. La pizza si fa apprezzare per l’impasto leggero ma allo stesso tempo ben condita. Il servizio è rapido e il personale molto gentile, consiglio a chiunque capiti dalle parti del centro. Ultima cosa il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

24/04/2025: I always got takeaway pizza when they were in the center. Today is the first time I ordered it from the new address. It's the first time and it's definitely the last. I asked for a pizza with a margherita base and they brought me a pizza with a white base. Then I asked for a children's menu where it said piadina with Nutella... Nothing... They brought me a small crepes with Nutella (knowing it was a crepes I would have placed another order). The last thing: on the phone they told me one price, but upon delivery another one.. Boh.. too bad.. Easy to lose the customer, difficult to find again. There are many pizzerias...

12/02/2025: Caffè Centrale is undoubtedly my favorite place in Marsciano, a place that manages to win over anyone who sets foot there. Located in the center of the town, this place offers a 360-degree culinary and social experience, from breakfast to aperitif, up to dinner. The cuisine is simply excellent, with dishes with attention to detail and dishes that look like small works of art. Each visit is an opportunity to discover new and well-balanced flavours, accompanied by a selection of refined wines and cocktails, such as the white Negroni or the Spicy Dream, which I loved for its spicy and enveloping touch. The environment is another strong point: the furnishings are refined and studied down to the smallest detail, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Outside, the restaurant overlooks a public green area, recently renovated and well maintained, perfect for enjoying a coffee or an aperitif on nice days. The staff, then, is simply exceptional: friendly, dynamic and always attentive to customer needs, making every visit a memorable experience. Last but not least it is not just a bar, but a real meeting point for the community and for those coming from outside. It organizes themed evenings, offers exquisite pizza by the slice and dishes prepared by the chef that will leave you speechless (seeing is believing). The prices are affordable, which makes the place even more appreciable. Whether you are passing through or a resident, this place is a must-see for anyone who wants to experience Marsciano in the round. I can't wait to return in the summer to try outdoor dining and enjoy this little Umbrian pearl once again.

02/02/2025: Recommended for an aperitif! I can only comment on this aspect, having stopped here twice for an aperitif. There is a lot of choice of drinks and the staff are always friendly. The place is colourful, pop, tasty. The only note I feel like making concerns the bathroom: it would be good to try to keep it cleaner, it's also a service!

19/05/2025: Aesthetically beautiful and welcoming place. We stopped in 12 adults with a two-year-old child and we were welcomed in the best way. Excellent value for money. I recommend the tortelloni with walnuts, pears and truffle.

06/05/2025: Ottimo posto, mangiato buonissime bruschette e tagliatelle. Accettano senza problemi cani, tavolini all’aperto, bella location. Consigliatissimo!

24/04/2025: Ho visitato questo ristorante su consiglio di Chiara, la proprietaria del nostro Agriturismo. La prima sera di vacanze dunque ci rechiamo lì… Luogo molto tranquillo, d’estate ancora più bello perché ha tanto spazio all esterno. La location è rustica. Ci hanno accolto gentilmente. Mio figlio ha ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi… Sembrava tutto molto buono e ha gradito. Sul tagliere c erano anche una fetta di brioche rustica ai formaggi e un trancio di focaccia. Mio marito ha ordinato una tagliata con rucola. La carne era molto buona. Io sono vegetariana e ho ordinato una porzione di patate fritte con carciofi fritti SPETTACOLARI. I prezzi sono normali.

03/05/2025: Despite reading nice reviews, unfortunately I found myself in a situation of total embarrassment! We made a reservation via thefork platform, we arrived about ten minutes later but we were seated anyway. We ordered 3 pizzas which were unpresentable to say the least, without a shadow of a doubt frozen!!! At the end of the meal I kindly asked to be able to pay the bill via thefork and the owner was instantly annoyed by this request, accusing me that I wouldn't even have the right to sit down since I was 10 minutes late and that I shouldn't expect anything. I was verbally attacked by both the owner and the cook especially for the accusation of the quality of the pizza, UNDENIABLE frozen and I was accused of not knowing what pizza is like, as if obviously in Italy you don't eat this food often😄! In short, an experience to absolutely forget, both for the quality and for the embarrassing treatment of those responsible.

18/04/2025: E’ un posto dove si torna sempre volentieri. Grande cucina umbra. Eccellenti le tartare e le salsicce alla brace cotte alla perfezione e gustosissime. Buone anche le ciriole cacio e pepe con tartufo. I vini della casa sono consigliati . Non abbiamo mangiato pizza ma la focaccia che abbiamo ordinato per accompagnare le tartare erano una garanzia di bontà anche delle pizze. E in più servizio cordiale , attento senza smancerie.

05/04/2025: Prenotazione per le ore 20.30, si presenta la cameriera gentilissima ma dopo 15 minuti di attesa a portare i menu, altri 10 minuti per l’ordine. Avevamo optato per fare un menù di carne, ma alle 22 ora in cui ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati,nulla era stato pervenuto se non l’acqua e il vino. Se non siete in grado di gestire la mole di persone, fate meno coperti, e il cliente va seguito e non far finta di nulla nell’attimo in cui si chiede a che punto è la prenotazione. 8 euro per acqua e vino, ma la figuraccia fatta è impagabile! La scorsa volta in cui ero venuto la pizza è stata ottima ma sempre tempi di attesa biblici!!!

23/03/2025: Cena con amici, alcuni anche venuti da fuori. Purtroppo, abbiamo fatto una brutta figura. Antipasto composto da: -salumi e formaggio del discount -due mezze fettine di bruschetta: una con un velo di (pessimo) latticino spalmabile, mezza noce e due gocce di miele dozzinale; l'altra con sopra una salsa che avrebbe voluto ricordare un paté -fritti misti freddi, collosi, senza croccantezza né sapore. Primo: inqualificabile versione della gricia, con pasta scotta, nessun equilibrio tra pepe, pecorino e guanciale, nessuna amalgama tra gli ingredienti. Secondo: arrosto misto di maiale. Cotto al forno e pure male. Il caffè? Acqua sporca. Conto salato, per la qualità delle pietanze. Non ci siamo proprio.

15/03/2025: Nonostante lo sconto troppo caro per essere una trattoria, non mi era mai successo che il vino venisse servito a tavola già stappato e il cameriere nemmeno ha chiesto se ci piacesse o meno. Un tagliere con 4 fettine di affettati misti e 3 bruschette di 4cm al costo di 16€, una tagliata semplice 20€. Ma stiamo scherzando? In altri locali della città allo stesso prezzo fai un menù a base di tartufo!
