11/01/2025: Extremely slow and lying staff: they say they need 20 minutes to prepare 2 plated pizzas, when in fact it takes them 1 hour and a half. Confident in the goodness of the pizza, we waited anyway; after shouting the name, which I had given when placing the order, in the midst of the chaos of people that had been created they start shouting it as if we were at the market. I proceed towards the counter to take the two pizzas and I find before my eyes two round pieces of coal and, moreover, with different flavors from those I had asked for (needless to say, I left them where they had put them): as soon as I open my mouth, in intent on politely asking for explanations, the pizza chef immediately starts to get hot and starts yelling to get me to do her job, to understand what it was like: her intent was to make me feel sorry for her, but she tried in vain. I give one star (also because I can't give less) only for the decor of the place (very modern and bright) and the speed in delivering the drinks. The menu offers many variations of pizzas, a shame about the staff and the organization.

12/02/2025: Caffè Centrale is undoubtedly my favorite place in Marsciano, a place that manages to win over anyone who sets foot there. Located in the center of the town, this place offers a 360-degree culinary and social experience, from breakfast to aperitif, up to dinner. The cuisine is simply excellent, with dishes with attention to detail and dishes that look like small works of art. Each visit is an opportunity to discover new and well-balanced flavours, accompanied by a selection of refined wines and cocktails, such as the white Negroni or the Spicy Dream, which I loved for its spicy and enveloping touch. The environment is another strong point: the furnishings are refined and studied down to the smallest detail, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Outside, the restaurant overlooks a public green area, recently renovated and well maintained, perfect for enjoying a coffee or an aperitif on nice days. The staff, then, is simply exceptional: friendly, dynamic and always attentive to customer needs, making every visit a memorable experience. Last but not least it is not just a bar, but a real meeting point for the community and for those coming from outside. It organizes themed evenings, offers exquisite pizza by the slice and dishes prepared by the chef that will leave you speechless (seeing is believing). The prices are affordable, which makes the place even more appreciable. Whether you are passing through or a resident, this place is a must-see for anyone who wants to experience Marsciano in the round. I can't wait to return in the summer to try outdoor dining and enjoy this little Umbrian pearl once again.

02/02/2025: Recommended for an aperitif! I can only comment on this aspect, having stopped here twice for an aperitif. There is a lot of choice of drinks and the staff are always friendly. The place is colourful, pop, tasty. The only note I feel like making concerns the bathroom: it would be good to try to keep it cleaner, it's also a service!

22/12/2024: Capitati per caso, antipasto accettabile, pizza da dimenticare...sembrava surgelata. Conto esageratamente caro. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Staff gentile.

01/11/2024: Apart from charging for tap water (which literally has never happened in all of Europe) the dinner was overall excellent. We had two pizzas that were generous in size and delectable. Happy to again when in need of a perfect pizza.

27/03/2025: Terrible experience! We ordered via the TooGoodToGo app, and the quality of the food was absolutely disappointing. The pizza had tangy cheese, which in addition to tasting horrible, gave off a disgusting smell. The texture was inedible, and even though we reheated it in the air fryer, the cheese became practically plastic. Evidently, the pizza looked like it was from days ago, which is not a good enough reason to serve it in these conditions. Absolutely not recommended, I will never return!

20/03/2025: Vegetarians, we asked for two pizzas without meat. One arrived with meat on it, we had to have it brought back, in the meantime the other pizza was cold. Truly an unpleasant experience. Not suitable for vegetarians. We won't be returning

19/02/2025: Owners should pay more attention to small things, for example, background music, it would be more comfortable, because sitting in silence and listening to the buzz of people is not very pleasant. The food is average, I wouldn't say it's anything special. Along with the fries, we were served, at our request, a jar of Eurospin mayonnaise, which is funny. They could have at least served it in some kind of gravy boat.

23/03/2025: I was eating so deliciously... I left my pouch with my passport at the restaurant and went to Rome. The hotel in Rome recognized it and called the restaurant, and luckily they had it in their possession. I visited twice and the food was the best! Thank you so much.

23/03/2025: When I first came to this restaurant, everything felt fancy and was really pretty. I sat on a table with my family then looked at the menu and after that ordered something. We were left waiting for about 10 minutes then our food finally arrived. It looked really good and seemed delicious so I ate the food with my family and it tasted really well. When I finished the food I already felt really full and was really happy of coming here. I hope soon enough I'll get the chance to come back because this place is really great. When coming to Orvieto never miss this restaurant!

21/01/2025: Ho assaggiato solo la pizza oltre a un piccolo antipasto con arrosticini e olive ascolane ed è stato tutto molto apprezzato!!birra rossa alla spina molto buona... non sempre scontato perché spesso non vengono controllati gli impianti di spillatura.Nota positiva anche per il servizio in sala dei ragazzi e per il conto...

03/03/2025: L'unico piatto da salvare, molto buono, è stato la coratella. I primi con poco sapore: tagliatelle con rigaglie asciutte e con poca carne, agnolotti al tartufo...senza profumo, lo stesso dicasi per l'arrosto al tartufo. Saremo stati poco fortunati ! Il servizio poi, con locale pieno, un solo cameriere che girava...e faceva errori.

28/10/2024: È una trattoria Autentica,verace,Genuina:piatti della tradizione,cucinati come li farebbe la vostra nonna.Siamo stati sabato scorso,su segnalazione di un amico del posto.All'ingresso ci accoglie il bar ,poi nella sala successiva si entra nella trattoria:semplice e pulita,tovaglia di carta...ma chissene importa è dentro il piatto che troverete i sapori antichi .Fino a sabato la migliore coratella della mia vita l'avevo assaggiata da nonna Rita,ma questa ( sia pur con l'aggiunta del pomodoro)la eguaglia.Bruschette x antipasto,buone le pappardelle con il sugo di cinghiale ( molto sottile la sfoglia e sugo non molto pesante),delicato il filetto di maiale al pepe verde e ottima la costata di scottona alla brace,con rosmarino...in aggiunta (richiesta da me) un'ottima salsiccia alla brace,per contorno cicoria ed bieta ripassate in padella.i tozzetti con il vino santo come dessert e vino della casa rosso Prezzo onesto .Come buon peso,un servizio gentile e veloce, torneremo e lo consiglieremo agli amici!

02/11/2024: Cena buonissima con un amico che ci ha consigliato il posto per i piatti buoni, caserecci e per la situazione "familiare". Le tagliatelle al tartufo sono state buonissime. Il ragazzo che ci ha seguito per tutta la cena è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!!

15/03/2025: Nonostante lo sconto troppo caro per essere una trattoria, non mi era mai successo che il vino venisse servito a tavola già stappato e il cameriere nemmeno ha chiesto se ci piacesse o meno. Un tagliere con 4 fettine di affettati misti e 3 bruschette di 4cm al costo di 16€, una tagliata semplice 20€. Ma stiamo scherzando? In altri locali della città allo stesso prezzo fai un menù a base di tartufo!
