17/08/2025: Bar Centrale has always been a popular meeting place in Marsciano. It's located in the same splendid historic building as the Concordia Theater and in the municipal gardens. It was recently renovated and is beautiful both inside and out. It also serves lunch and dinner. The quality of the food and drinks is good. Prices have increased significantly since the renovation. The young manager brilliantly recommends sampling the various alcoholic and spirit drinks, as if the clientele were all wealthy young people. To prevent a dear friend, notoriously struggling financially, from having to pay for the amaro recommended by the manager, I settled the bill myself. An amaro costs €9, but we're not in Milan's Piazza Duomo; we're at Bar Centrale in Marsciano.

20/08/2025: An uninspiring experience: Surprisingly poor service and no knowledge of the wines offered on the menu. The first course was poorly balanced and the portions were meager compared to other restaurants in the area. The torta al testo was extremely dry, and we weren't given the option of adding anything to make it chewier. The side dish was bland and dull. Prices were average. In short, a few things need to be revisited.

02/09/2025: The problem isn't the place, it's not the food, it's the staff! I know it's difficult to handle the public, but the waiters who themselves tell you to arrive at 9:30/9:45 PM find seats for three people, and you arrive at that time with a smile, kind and very polite, mentioning that they spoke on the phone and tried to make a reservation, but they told me there was no need for a reservation and to just show up, there was room. In the end, they show up with arrogance and superficiality. The behavior of the managers/waiters themselves makes the place.

26/08/2025: I'm sorry because years ago I ate a truly exceptional pizza. A few nights ago, however, I tried to remove the sour mozzarella and eat the remaining dough, and I felt terrible. Guys, be careful! Luckily, I didn't buy the pizza for my children. I'm truly so sorry... never again, and I will definitely file a complaint with the relevant authorities about food and expiration dates. It's no joke!

21/08/2025: Very good Ciriole, perhaps a few more were needed. The waitress was very kind, and the bill was reasonable. An experience worth repeating.

08/07/2025: I can't understand the negative reviews. Piadina with amazing dough, delicious to say the least!! The toppings aren't cheap, they're just right! The girls are kind and polite. Convenient if you're with kids, with an outdoor area in front of the playground.

07/07/2025: We ordered 2 piadinas at 8.33pm, some guys arrived at 8.55pm and they arrived before us, ours arrived at 9.10pm to be precise, poor service and little attention to questions

15/08/2025: Terrible experience. We called in the afternoon to ask if they made gluten-free pizzas, and once we got there, the pizzas we received were FROZEN. There was nothing salvageable about the pizza; even the tomato sauce was inedible! Plus, the service was poor; the waitress was pushy and unprofessional.

30/07/2025: I order three takeout pizzas. I'm immediately greeted with a freshly baked focaccia and a glass of wine. So much attention, not even at my mother's house. Thank you.

23/08/2025: 5 mozzarella sticks (they came to 4.50, basically 1 euro each) Then I ordered a Margherita And a 450 ml Coke Everything 16 euros I understand that everything went up, but for 16 euros I would definitely have eaten more elsewhere. I don't recommend it unless you like being fooled! Never again

22/08/2025: After the change of management and the first time I ordered pizzas ..well a real disappointment...for 3 pizzas they told me 20 minutes and instead I waited over an hour....pizzas poorly rolled out and poorly topped with a price I would say high for the product given. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

25/05/2025: Piadina not very filled and thin, unpleasant owners and salty bill!

27/04/2025: Good food, but not too much. For payment, terrible experience. No separate accounts and no receipt. The owner gets angry with us for no reason, when he is the one who is doing an illegal action, especially in an arrogant way.

06/08/2025: We went to this place by chance. We ordered ravioli, tagliolini with mushrooms, and for the child, cutlet and fries. The ravioli were 6. 14 euros for six ravioli. They were supposed to have crispy bacon, but instead the bacon was soggy and terribly greasy and salty. The dog ate it. For the second course, we asked for fish. We finished it. Basically, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert, water, and 1 glass of wine, 70 euros. Never again.

24/07/2025: The food and ambiance were excellent, but the service was even worse. The waitresses were rather unfriendly and barely spoke. All in all, it was okay.

27/08/2025: We were deeply disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, especially considering I had already indicated that I was vegan when booking. • Appetizer: the menu listed smoked tofu, but we were served regular tofu, without any prior explanation. Upon our observation, we were simply told that "smoked tofu is hard to find," without any advance notice. • Dessert: the worst part. We ordered vegan cantuccini (listed on the menu), but they weren't available. We were offered soy ice cream... but it arrived topped with non-vegan cream. After pointing this out, no apology was given; they simply brought back the same ice cream without cream. A mistake that, besides being unprofessional, could have had serious consequences for those—like me—who avoid animal products for ethical and/or health reasons. At the cashier, instead of receiving a sincere apology, we were told things like, "We usually always use vegan cream." A defensive and disrespectful attitude that ignores neither the customer's complaints nor the seriousness of the mistake. 👉 In short: a place that claims to be attentive to dietary needs, but in reality demonstrates neither care, clarity, nor sensitivity toward those following a vegan diet. The impression is that the approach is superficial and lacks the professionalism necessary to ensure a safe and satisfying experience. We won't return, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a truly reliable place for those with special dietary needs.

15/08/2025: I asked for a bottle of water, but they told me they didn't have any in the fridge when it was 40 degrees outside. Thanks and congratulations...to be avoided.
