06/01/2026: It was a real surprise for us. We dined at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. The ambiance is very distinctive, with extensive use of wood and various Indian paintings. The dishes were exquisite!!! The music was quite loud in the next room, but it didn't bother us, especially given the festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended! We'll be back!!!

30/12/2025: One star because I can't live without it. One word. Terrible! A night at a friend's house, we're having a party, we're not going to a restaurant, it's close, let's go. Problem 1: Only large size, 4 or 8 slices, and oh well, there are six of us. Problem 2: They don't take reservations. It's a non-issue, it's a choice, and I agree with it. Problem 3: Very important. To make a pizza—I won't say fantastic, but at least good—it takes the same amount of time to make a terrible pizza. I strongly advise against it during busy times; perhaps, without so much pressure, something better will come out, but I doubt it. Bland and flavorless dough, tomato sauce that didn't arrive, mozzarella (spun curd) that separates from the casein. If you use low-quality products, a good pizza will never come out of the oven. Sorry, I don't usually write negative reviews. If I'd eaten there, I would have explained my situation directly. My advice: Avoid. Don't underestimate the price. Expensive for the quality.

11/05/2026: We dined at Ristorante Pizzeria Zalejada on May 9, 2026, and had a truly positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly. The waiter was extremely friendly and kind: open to a chat, but never intrusive. In fact, it was truly a pleasure to chat with him throughout the evening. We ordered the cheese dumplings with purple cabbage and melted butter, and the beef goulash with polenta, melted cheese, and mushrooms. Both dishes were delicious. The portions were perfectly balanced: they were just the right amount of filling, without weighing you down, and without the risk of leaving food on your plate. We also found the price more than adequate for the quality. For dessert, we chose the apple strudel, which was also simply delicious. We really appreciated the fact that it was served with whipped cream on the side. Another very positive detail was the chef's coming out to check on the evening: a simple gesture, but truly appreciated. The atmosphere has a slightly '80s feel, but for us it added a unique and pleasant touch to the dinner. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance.

11/05/2026: The service was so kind and food was delicious. We were happy to find a place that was open.

25/04/2026: We stopped today for a break. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was a pile of used towels next to the sinks. We waited almost an hour before eating, and the food was awful. One of us ordered a pizza, and it tasted like chewing gum.

06/06/2026: I travel in a campervan. I wanted to reserve a spot at this campsite. I was refused a spot for my car and tent because "we can't accept people sleeping in their cars." I was also refused a spot for a van and a campervan because "sorry, Dacia, it's a car." This is the first time this has ever happened to me... I've never seen or heard of it anywhere else. At first, I thought it was a joke, but I'm still looking for hidden cameras...

26/03/2026: Excellent pizzas, we always get takeout here, but it's a shame that today it went badly. We ordered two pizzas, one with sausage and gorgonzola, and one with raw buffalo mozzarella. On the phone, I was asked if I wanted the buffalo mozzarella after cooking, and I said yes. I received the wrong pizza with pesto and cherry tomatoes. I called to find out, and the very rude lady on the phone told me that I hadn't asked for the pizza with raw ham, and that I had made a mistake. Now, making mistakes is human, but maybe the lady could think twice and admit that the mistake was hers instead of rudely placing the blame on the customer... terrible service, a shame because the pizzas were good!

14/03/2026: Delicious pizza! I took it out to Porto, and the Tyrolean pizza was truly special! Crispy and thin, with excellent ingredients. Recommended.

31/01/2026: I always get takeout from Istanbul Kebab Pizza Levico and it's always great! Quick orders, respected wait times, and the food always arrives hot and well-packaged. The kebab is incredibly flavorful and plentiful, and the pizza is excellent, tasty, and made with fresh ingredients. The quality never changes even for takeout: generous portions and great attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate requests. A guarantee for anyone looking for quick but quality takeout in Levico. Highly recommended, I always come back! 🌯🍕🔥

23/10/2025: Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the actual services that the pizzeria could have offered me, because on October 23, at 1:15 a.m., I went to the pizzeria wanting to take advantage of the services provided, but unfortunately when we arrived it was closed, even though it was listed as open on the website.

12/10/2025: The manager was very rude. I ordered a tiramisu that unfortunately had a very strange taste. I reported this and was told that other people had eaten it and hadn't complained. This was very rude. NEVER AGAIN.

06/05/2026: We got two pizzas to go, and they were fantastic—not too expensive, to be honest. It doesn't look like much, but we received a very warm welcome and the food was great! Thanks to the team!

08/06/2026: I'm attaching a photo for documentation. I have serious doubts that it was chicken as ordered and on the menu. It's hard to tell because of the enormous amount of spices! But they look like small mammal bones to me! Any options?

11/02/2026: A truly squalid place that should be reported to the health services. The food is terrible; instead of cutting up my kebab meat, they took the pre-cut leftover meat from the day before and heated it up in the microwave. Not to mention the sauces. I've had a stomachache for 10 hours. This has never happened to me with a kebab. And the price? €5.50, crazy. I basically paid to be poisoned. The worst in Trento. Reportable.

08/12/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would. In all the years of my life, I haven't seen anything like what happened to us yesterday. We booked for 1:50 PM, and patiently waited because we saw there were a lot of people. But you walk in and they don't ask you anything; they don't even consider you, so there's zero hospitality. We wait more than 15 minutes and they don't ask you anything at all. Meanwhile, people keep arriving at a certain time, so we ask and point out that we booked. We discover that many have booked and there's no free table. But at a certain time, they tell us that there's time to free the table. Well, we waited 10 minutes, then they tell us the same thing again, and so on three times. Unfortunately, yesterday was a very busy day, because otherwise we would have gone elsewhere, and I even tried, so we waited very patiently. Finally, they tell us there's room and take us to the table, but surprise... we can't fit... it's a table for 4 and there are 5 of us, and there's no way five of us can fit in. Well, that was the last straw. I can't describe how angry I was, and honestly, they ruined our day. I'm so angry. I've never seen such incompetence and such audacity to keep telling us the table was free when it wasn't. They would have looked better if they said I didn't have a seat.

07/12/2025: I had a 2:00 PM reservation and showed up early at 1:50 PM. Despite this, I had to wait until 2:20 PM without anyone even bothering to take notice. There were dozens of people in front of the entrance in the same situation as me: ignored reservations, interminable waits, and total disorganization. The staff continued to take orders and new customers without considering the actual number of available tables, creating unmanageable chaos and obvious overcrowding. After more than half an hour of waiting, we were forced to leave without even being seated. A restaurant that accepts reservations should at least respect them and ensure a minimum level of organization. It's a shame, but the lack of professionalism and management makes it impossible to recommend this place.
