30/10/2025: My subjective review as a solo traveler/diner this time (my first review of Wally's Pizzeria is now 9 years old and could use an update). First off, everything is still excellent, in detail: 1. The food (quality, taste, selection, flexibility): Everything is top-notch without reservation. My pizza was, as always, superb, the dough fantastic, the topping (porcini) perfect. And despite the huge number of options on the menu, I once again had an extra topping request (bacon) – no problem. For me, definitely the best pizza in Naturns and the surrounding area. 2. Value for money: absolutely fair 3. Service and staff: extremely friendly; you feel like a guest here, which is no longer a given in Naturns and elsewhere. 4. Atmosphere and ambiance: I like it, even though I'm always a bit bothered by the slightly too bright lighting. Dim it! :-) 5. Price level: absolutely okay, see also point 2. 11. Recommendation: anytime, whether dining in or Takeaway. What I'm wondering is: Was Wally actually serving me?

05/01/2026: A small pizzeria, with outdoor seating and parking for customers. The menu is strange. In three languages, but not separated. It starts with German, and Italian is placed as a second choice... The menu offers both pizzas and traditional dishes, as well as a children's menu. We had two very good rolled pizzas, but I didn't understand why they served garlic sauce and salsa rosa. There was a mess on the table: sauces, parmesan, sugar... a heap of things all at once.

19/10/2025: We've eaten here three times in the last few days. The food is fantastic. Everything is served very quickly and the quality is top-notch. The staff is also incredibly friendly. The ambiance isn't super modern, but it's just right: cozy, typically Italian, and very clean. Our four-legged friends are also very welcome. We will definitely be back!

17/01/2026: My boyfriend and I just had lunch today at this restaurant in the Città Nuova district of Vipiteno. We went in with no expectations and left feeling extremely satisfied. The food is fantastic and the value is excellent. Not to mention the presentation, which surprised us both unexpectedly. Congratulations to everyone! To the chef, the service, the very helpful waiters, and the relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend coming!

09/01/2026: I've only traveled to Europe for about 50 days in the last 30 years, but I've never thought that pizza in Italy or anywhere else in Europe was delicious. Finally, at this restaurant, I found a great pizza. It was seafood pizza. The crust was thin, well-baked, and crispy. There was no fishy smell to the crust. It was really good. The tomato sauce, which I'm not a big fan of, was well-mixed with the thinly sliced ​​crab meat and tuna, and wasn't too sour, making it delicious. The seafood was also delicious, with no fishy smell at all.

14/12/2025: We stopped for lunch, ordering beetroot parcels with gorgonzola, walnuts, butter, and parmesan, and finishing with homemade strudel with cream... Everything was superb. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended, and we'll be back!!

01/01/2026: This was the first restaurant we visited on our trip to the Dolomites. Reservations are the way to go here! This place gets packed fast. The people working here are working their butts off and at the same time are friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide variety of food - with several vegetarian options. They also allow to-go orders, but only for the pizza- which is good because we took their pizza to-go on several occasions. It also made for a nice next day slack while hiking... haha! We especially loved the tono cipolla. This was definitely our favorite restaurant in the town. We came back multiple times and couldn't recommend it enough. Make a reservation!

13/12/2025: By pure chance, I ended up here for dinner, located very close to the Gardens of Trautmansdorff Castle, just one bus stop away. From the moment I walked in until the very friendly goodbye, it was a wonderful treat for all the senses! The pizzas, which I tried twice, are outstanding, incredibly delicious, very large, and you can even get them with whole wheat dough – absolutely delicious! 😋👍👍👍👍👍 On top of that, the service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive; you feel incredibly welcome as a guest! Thank you so much for two wonderful dinners in a lovely, pleasant atmosphere! See you next year!

05/01/2026: Good atmosphere, great service and excellent (but affordable) food!! This is one of the best restaurants in the region! You do need to reservate a table before you go, because else you need to wait an hour before you can get a table. It’s so busy, because it’s so good!
