03/12/2025: A pleasant stay at this property. The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and above all, newly renovated. There's a fireplace, a Tyrolean stube, and a lobby with very comfortable sofas. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with high-quality local sweet and savory products; the staff is always attentive, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel offers a small and somewhat dated spa area. I recommend revisiting the space and the water temperature of the indoor pool and the micro-hot tub; it should be slightly warmer for relaxation. The value for money is reasonable. The Brixen Card is included with your stay: very convenient for taking public transportation, entering museums, and the Acquarena in Bressanone. I recommend it!

03/12/2025: I booked a weekend with my husband through the company welfare portal and upon arrival I received the first wonderful surprise: I was given a complimentary upgrade to the deluxe room! The hotel was decorated for the Christmas holidays in a festive and welcoming way, the room was splendid, brand new with lots of wood and warm, natural colors! Large terrace furnished with a two-seater sofa and a panoramic view of the valley! The staff was kind and smiling! What more can I say... the spa was small but warm and complete, the bathrobes found in the room were brand new and soft like the other towels! We had a great time! Congratulations to all the staff!!! I will definitely be back, maybe in the summer!

07/10/2025: My family and I stayed for 5 days at this wonderful property, in one of their apartments, but with the hotel's amenities. The indoor area features a beautiful play area suitable for children, a lovely water park, and a swimming pool. My 5-year-old daughter, I must say, loved playing there and had a lot of fun. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts: a washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, and cookware. However, the induction hob and cookware could use something more efficient! Despite the excellent services we enjoyed, I would like to recommend a few things to the property that would certainly make our stay and service even better. They would definitely install air conditioning in the apartment, so that if you're cold and don't have heating, you can perhaps warm the room. We personally felt a bit chilly. I would provide dryers (even for a fee) within the hotel so that, if you wash your clothes on a bad day, they can dry more quickly! Otherwise, the facility is clean and tidy, and the reception staff is impeccably welcoming, clearly explaining all the day's activities and excursions. Highly recommended for children!

02/09/2025: We stayed in the apartment at the ValdiSole Hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful, welcoming, and just like all the owners. There's a beautiful pool, a very inviting spa, a water park for kids, and a separate play area run by very friendly, kind, and attentive entertainers. We had a wonderful time.

12/12/2025: The food is good. But the waiters are rude and unpleasant.

26/11/2025: It was lunchtime. There were plenty of free tables, but I waited 10 minutes to be shown to my table. After being seated, I waited another 20 minutes for someone to take my order, and when no one paid attention, I left.

12/12/2025: Pizzeria Ristorante Mausefalle is a place where you immediately feel at home: a warm, informal atmosphere, perfect for a quiet evening. The pizza is truly delicious, with a light, well-cooked dough and fresh ingredients. The dishes are also a pleasant surprise: I tried a tender and very flavorful meat dish. The service is fast and friendly, always with a smile. The prices are fair for the quality. A simple yet elegant place, ideal for a no-frills yet flavorful dinner.

28/11/2025: I ordered one spicy and one mild kebab at 6:40 PM. Both arrived cold around 8:00 PM, neither labeled nor of different spiciness. Thanks for nothing. You'll have to figure it out. The driver was nice / Not responsible for the rest of the mess.

21/08/2025: We had dinner in this nice and welcoming place, the food was excellent and plentiful and the staff were excellent.

15/08/2025: We had a truly generous appetizer of cured meats for two, with half a portion of polenta with mushrooms, followed by an excellent veal chop and two good bottled beers. I highly recommend it.

21/11/2025: I ate here three nights in a row with two other friends, and I can say we were completely satisfied. The service was prompt, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed. For the dishes, I tried the traditional venison stew, Tyrolean goulash, and pork shank. All three dishes were delicious and I highly recommend them, perfectly cooked and with generous portions. Finally, as with the desserts, there's a wide selection that won't disappoint. If I ever return to Trento, I'll definitely eat here again! Greetings to Enrico and all the staff, thank you for everything!

10/11/2025: Management change, unfortunately not up to the previous owners' skills and reputation. - The pizza, eaten at the restaurant, is still good for Bolzano, but the dough is less fragrant. - I don't know how they're holding up for takeout and delivery, for this reason. - The staff is untrained and inadequate, even for a similar context, where management can be family-friendly and approachable. - While dining there on a Saturday night, I witnessed several scenes of delivery riders receiving the wrong pizzas or partial orders, takeout customers waiting for 20-25 minutes, additional reservations being rejected, and customers waiting at tables. Things that didn't happen before (mistakes) or were known to be done (high and unexpected traffic). Those familiar with the ten-year management appreciated the speed and precision of service, coupled with great kindness and respect. Now, chaos and confusion.

11/10/2025: A place to eat good grilled meat with Storo polenta. There's also a pizzeria where I had a delicious calzone with a rich filling. The desserts are also homemade; I tried the toffee cheesecake, delicious. Friendly staff, ample parking.

But what really made the difference was the quality of the ingredients used. The owner, Pasquale, is a true culinary enthusiast, and it shows in the care he takes in preparing each dish. And if you're lucky, you can even try the famous warm caramelized almonds made by Pasquale himself! It's a unique and delicious experience. But what struck me most was the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. Pasquale is perfect and knows how to make guests feel at home. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

09/09/2025: Decent but not memorable We stopped by Pizzeria La Veneziana for a casual dinner. Overall, the experience was okay, but nothing really stood out. The kids had Margherita pizzas, which were fine – nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. I tried the crudo con bufala e asparagi, and unfortunately it didn’t work for me. The asparagus were marinated, which gave the dish a strange tang and threw off the overall taste. We also ordered the bruschetta mozzarella. It looked promising but ended up being just okay – toasted bread with cherry tomatoes and some mozzarella, but a bit underwhelming for the price. Service was decent, and the place has a typical pizzeria atmosphere, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. Not bad, just very average.
