26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: We were only at the campsite. The pitches are all very slanted. Without wedges, 10-15 cm of inclination makes it impossible to stand upright.

10/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered from Simon's Firehouse and was pleasantly surprised. The delivery arrived on time, and the food was still warm – not like many others where everything is already half-cold. The doner kebab was excellent: fresh meat, delicious bread, and crisp vegetables. I particularly liked the huge selection of sauces. You can even choose several, and everything is packaged exactly as you order it. The taste is truly above average, and the portions are more than fair for the price. Despite the delivery, everything was neatly packaged, nothing leaked, and the order was spot on. The driver was friendly and even briefly asked if everything was okay. From now on, this will be one of my first choices when ordering doner kebabs – the quality, service, and value are simply spot on.

16/09/2025: Pizza among the top five in Trentino. The fries aren't the usual ones—they're often rubbish—but they're unique and truly unbeatable. Try them and believe it. Compliments to the staff. I'll become a regular customer as soon as I can.

12/09/2025: Delicious pizza, exceptional polenta, mushrooms, and cheese. Very fresh carne salada. Super friendly and helpful staff. The young woman serving tables, maybe 18. Always kind and quick to serve. Everyone is extremely professional. Outdoor tables in the shade. 3 or 4 different types of draft beer. Good coffee. 💪💚

19/08/2025: A bar and restaurant nestled in the woods in a large clearing with plenty of parking. Very friendly, attentive staff and fast service. Delicious, tasty dishes made with top-quality ingredients. Fair prices for both quality and quantity, and excellent desserts.

But what really made the difference was the quality of the ingredients used. The owner, Pasquale, is a true culinary enthusiast, and it shows in the care he takes in preparing each dish. And if you're lucky, you can even try the famous warm caramelized almonds made by Pasquale himself! It's a unique and delicious experience. But what struck me most was the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. Pasquale is perfect and knows how to make guests feel at home. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

09/09/2025: Decent but not memorable We stopped by Pizzeria La Veneziana for a casual dinner. Overall, the experience was okay, but nothing really stood out. The kids had Margherita pizzas, which were fine – nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. I tried the crudo con bufala e asparagi, and unfortunately it didn’t work for me. The asparagus were marinated, which gave the dish a strange tang and threw off the overall taste. We also ordered the bruschetta mozzarella. It looked promising but ended up being just okay – toasted bread with cherry tomatoes and some mozzarella, but a bit underwhelming for the price. Service was decent, and the place has a typical pizzeria atmosphere, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. Not bad, just very average.

15/09/2025: It's hidden, because I didn't expect the pizzeria to be located on the lower level, but the place is spacious and welcoming, with good pizza and friendly, smiling staff. We were there for two days during our week-long vacation. We were 6 people, and the price/quality ratio was good.

I honestly don't know if it belongs to the restaurant, but it's close by (we were there in the last week of September). Recommended place; we were lucky enough to have friends bring us here.
