08/10/2025: This is the second time I've been to this hotel in Quercianella. I have to say that the lady who runs it is very kind. The rooms aren't that big but they are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

22/09/2025: A simple, clean place without too much pomp, just a ten-minute walk from the public beach and well-equipped restrooms. We had a wonderful three-night stay despite the nearby train station. The food was excellent, and the owner was incredibly friendly.

28/09/2025: We've been there twice, in the evening. The food is excellent, and it's located in a pine forest just a short distance from the sea. Reservations are recommended.

14/09/2025: While cycling and returning from excursions, we found these guys welcoming us warmly, in a place surrounded by pine trees and nature. The pizzas are delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the quality is immediately apparent. The fish is equally delicious. Great service and prices, guys!

20/09/2025: The setting is very charming, nestled in the classic pine forests of lower maritime Tuscany. I had reserved a table for two at 8:00 PM on a Friday evening in September. When we arrived, two other tables for two and four were already seated. Our orders were taken immediately. We were brought water and wine. Then, we didn't see any food until 9:00 PM. We had an appetizer (raw seafood) to be brought out with a tagliata. We waited an hour to eat. The quality of the fish wasn't terrible, nor was the meat, but the wait wasn't worth it.

13/08/2025: Ordered 4 pizzas on the spot. Small in size and heavy dough. I had asked for my 4 cheese pizza with white sauce, but they made it with tomato sauce... and I had even noted it. The owners were kind, but that's not enough.

05/06/2025: Beautiful campsite! Friendly and helpful staff! We stayed in a luxury lodge tent, it is equipped with every comfort with a stove and private bathroom! We will definitely be back!

04/06/2025: We stayed at this campsite for 10 days in May, when the weather was very changeable. Fortunately, the campsite and mobile home we selected were an excellent choice even on cloudy and rainy days. The cottage was suitable for five people with a kitchen, an internal table, two rooms and two bathrooms. The terrace had a table with seven chairs, two deck chairs and a magnificent view of Capoliveri and the sea. Everything was very clean and well stocked, there are tea towels, tablecloths, bath mats, things that I have never found in other campsites. The staff was always very courteous, from the manager, to the receptionist, to the girl at the bar and also to the technicians who go around the campsite all day to fix any problems that may be found in the accommodations. The location is perfect, a few minutes from Capoliveri, about twenty minutes from Portoferraio and suitable for visiting all the beaches in the south of the island. The beach is very large and well stocked with bars, restaurants and the possibility of renting canoes etc. The campsite also has a swimming pool that we didn't use due to the weather, a small children's area with balls and various games, and shared bathrooms are very clean. I will gladly return.

26/08/2025: A truly positive experience The place doesn't have a sea view, but it's right on the sea, away from the crowds and noise. You don't see the sun set, but the moon rise. The pizza and schiacciatine are excellent, because the pizza chef has, I'd say, thirty years of experience!!! The owners are kind and professional, and the waitress is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

16/07/2025: I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I feel that everyone should know where they are going and not be misled by the good reviews of others. We came with family during lunch to eat together — there were five of us. However, apart from sandwiches, we couldn’t order anything else. We asked to make us mojitos: two with alcohol and two without. The mojitos had spoiled mint and stale lemon. The drink tasted disappointing and was unpleasant. We addressed the bartender with this problem, but received only negative phrases in response. In addition, the service was disgusting: the women were unfriendly and rude. 19/08/2025: We've ordered three times (on three different days), and three times they've been late. The pizzas are delicious, crispy, thin, and don't stick to your stomach. The delivery staff are kind and courteous. But tonight we placed an order for 8:40, which they moved several times during the wait, and it arrived at 9:45... This is unacceptable... They clearly made them when we first asked for the order... Improve delivery, please.

10/08/2025: I don't recommend this restaurant. The staff said there were no seats available and we'd have to wait 30 minutes for a table, because two free tables were reserved. We were informed we could order takeout, so we did. Five minutes after placing our order, a table became available, but no one offered it to us; other people were seated there. After a few minutes, people without reservations were invited to the 'reserved' table, but no one even approached us. We waited over half an hour for a takeout pizza, and people who ordered after us received their orders earlier. This is unacceptable customer service. The pizza was burnt and tasteless.

21/08/2025: A welcoming place with furnishings made of small objects that bring back memories of my adolescence. The service and value for money complete the pizzeria's excellent picture.

18/08/2025: I found Lo Scalino to be a small and unusual takeout pizzeria, both for the bright colors that characterize the space and for the imposing QR Code Menu, reminiscent of Orwellian tradition, which dominates the small dining room like a large, watchful eye. The atmosphere is very interesting and the service is quite fast. The pizza, very crispy, was good compared to the usual, traditional pizzerias in the area, but not exceptional when compared to those at an iconic place in the historic center of Piombino, famous for its traditional and unique pizzas made in pans. Overall, it was a great experience, and I was very happy to try your pizza. Thank you very much. I recommend going because it's worth it and also because the prices are fair.

05/10/2025: I had a cured meats appetizer. Honestly, I have to say it was quite disappointing—the classic platter of various cured meats just thrown together. Then, at the table next to mine, two very nice ladies ordered a plate of ravioli or tortelli (I don't remember exactly) with meat sauce. And that was it...I wanted to try them. Delicious! The photos speak for themselves!

22/09/2025: The place is old, has no atmosphere, the prices are astronomical, the food is disgusting, old and smelly. I don't recommend making the same mistake I did. Best regards.

08/09/2025: The manager is ignorant and rude, especially to foreigners. The food is terrible, not even at home-style level. He changes waiters and waitresses every week. And for his arrogance with diners, he blames the employees. Never again.

07/09/2025: One star because zero is impossible. The place is rundown inside and out, and not very clean. Staff are unresponsive. The pizza was almost raw, but above all, frozen (they should mention that on the menus!). We stopped by for a quick pizza before boarding; it would have been better to go hungry. Absolutely avoid! It's a shame because the location is enviable.
