28/02/2026: A simple place, with basic but good dishes. Just steps from a natural paradise of rare beauty. Try not to go around mid-August because it gets really chaotic. Overall, for a simple, unpretentious meal, it's fine. I would check the sanitary conditions of the restrooms more frequently. If it's crowded, more thorough cleaning is needed.

01/01/2026: I'll add, for the owner who keeps arguing and has hundreds of reviews like mine, that my husband teaches restaurant techniques, and when I speak up, she rightfully continues to insult me ​​by talking about my IQ. She's essentially telling me I'm mentally unskilled, but she'll continue to have the same problems with people because I see she's not interested in understanding or improving. She's always in line anyway...*** I'm rewriting the review so the owner understands. The staff works really, really hard. The place is beautiful. What don't I like? First, whether you've booked or not, you'll be left waiting in line outside until you're called. Second, I think they're overbooked and can't handle the influx of people. (In the summer, all the restaurants have shifts for lunch and dinner, so let's be clear.) Third, I didn't like the pizza because of the dough. And fourth, the bathrooms, which are in a small building in the middle of a garden, are dirty because of the uncivilized people? Maybe, but since anyone coming up from the beach or a beautiful garden can access it, it's not just customers who can go there. And in my opinion, the bathrooms are unusable and need to be cleaned. The prices, especially for the food, are very high. Incidentally, my opinion is shared by many people. Read all the people who gave it one or two stars. And the piqued responses speak volumes. Sic... I don't recommend it, you'll ruin your evening with nerves.

26/08/2025: A truly positive experience The place doesn't have a sea view, but it's right on the sea, away from the crowds and noise. You don't see the sun set, but the moon rise. The pizza and schiacciatine are excellent, because the pizza chef has, I'd say, thirty years of experience!!! The owners are kind and professional, and the waitress is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended

My family and I came at lunchtime to eat together—there were five of us. However, we couldn't order anything other than sandwiches. We asked for mojitos: two with alcohol and two without. The mojitos had spoiled mint and stale lemon. The drink tasted disappointing and was unpleasant. We addressed the issue with the bartender, but received only negative comments. Furthermore, the service was disgusting: the women were unfriendly and rude. I don't recommend this cafe. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel that everyone should know where they are going and not be misled by the good reviews of others. 20/02/2026: We arrived at "La Frana" on the recommendation of our landlady. It was late and out of season, yet the lovely staff were quick to serve us excellent fresh fish, a perfect, dry and delicate fried calamari, and an excellent house tagliolini. The beef and potatoes were also carefully prepared. We had a great time, comfortable, and left satisfied even after seeing and paying the bill. Seeing is believing. 🥂

05/06/2025: Beautiful campsite! Friendly and helpful staff! We stayed in a luxury lodge tent, it is equipped with every comfort with a stove and private bathroom! We will definitely be back!

04/06/2025: We stayed at this campsite for 10 days in May, when the weather was very changeable. Fortunately, the campsite and mobile home we selected were an excellent choice even on cloudy and rainy days. The cottage was suitable for five people with a kitchen, an internal table, two rooms and two bathrooms. The terrace had a table with seven chairs, two deck chairs and a magnificent view of Capoliveri and the sea. Everything was very clean and well stocked, there are tea towels, tablecloths, bath mats, things that I have never found in other campsites. The staff was always very courteous, from the manager, to the receptionist, to the girl at the bar and also to the technicians who go around the campsite all day to fix any problems that may be found in the accommodations. The location is perfect, a few minutes from Capoliveri, about twenty minutes from Portoferraio and suitable for visiting all the beaches in the south of the island. The beach is very large and well stocked with bars, restaurants and the possibility of renting canoes etc. The campsite also has a swimming pool that we didn't use due to the weather, a small children's area with balls and various games, and shared bathrooms are very clean. I will gladly return.

15/11/2025: When you think you know a thing or two about pizza and then suddenly THIS happens. After cycling nearly 440 km through Tuscany, we were looking for a place to eat together before leaving. There were several very good dishes on offer, but this pizza was a real surprise. With its location, amazing food, and friendly people, this restaurant comes highly recommended.

14/09/2025: Very good pizzas, service a little...dry, on a small piazetta, shame there is this tent on the terrace.

13/12/2025: UNFORTUNATELY NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE CAUSED BY THE WAITRESS WITH A NOSE PIERCING AND HER ANNOYING ATTITUDE. THE PIZZA WAS GOOD, THE PLACE NICE, THE OTHER WAITRESS WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND KIND. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

22/02/2026: A good pizzeria that I discovered by chance. It's a family-friendly atmosphere, with very friendly, kind, and down-to-earth staff. It's a medium-sized location with unique decor. For those who love a slightly crispy 5&5, thin-crust pizza with a very flavorful crust and well-seasoned toppings, this is the place to go. Special mention goes to the staff, who offered us biscotti and a drink of liqueurs—that's how they treat new customers. They're really good. I definitely recommend it.

09/02/2026: Terrible value for money. We ordered five pizzas, one of which was a Margherita, and paid €60.50. And the pizzas other than the Margherita certainly couldn't be called gourmet; they were standard speck, mascarpone, and mushrooms, and cost €13. They weren't bad, but they weren't exceptional enough to justify such a price. We often order takeout and have never spent that much, even on much better pizzas.

17/01/2026: I ordered three pizzas, and they arrived 30 minutes late. I called for information, and they didn't even apologize. Terrible service.

07/10/2025: We had classic sciacciatina and mushroom pizza for dinner. Both were simply deliciously crispy, yet still juicy and flavorful. Finally, a very good pizza in Livorno. The staff are all very friendly. The value for money is excellent, especially because the service meets the highest standards. We sat outside at the tables on the street... simple, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere. Keep it up, guys! You're great.

22/09/2025: Good evening! One question: why don't you eliminate home delivery if the pizzas arrive like this? The juice left by the pizza actually leaked out of the carton... The sausage tasted sour, the extra salami I asked for and paid for was a thin slice broken into 2-3 small pieces (I'm attaching a photo of all the salami I found on the pizza). The edge of the pizza? Like a hard, stale biscuit, the center? Wet and rubbery... First and last time, a supermarket pizza is better.
