11/08/2024: Beautiful and particular pizzeria that offers pizzas and related gin and tonic with a different gin for each pizza. I think it's the owner's passion. African resort setting. Suggestive. Good pizzas. It's difficult to eat pizza accompanied by gin and tonic. Better as an aperitif.

04/10/2024: It is the second year that I have chosen the Hotel la Rosa for my September holidays, traveling alone. The location is ideal for visiting the island by MTB and the hotel itself has some e-bikes to rent. Don't expect luxurious rooms or spas, La Rosa stands out for the incredible availability, courtesy and friendliness of the owners and staff, for the genuine cuisine and, for those who like it, for the excellent choice of spirits. All at truly accommodating prices. Rich breakfast for a two star hotel with various types of cereals, yogurt, jams, Nutella, homemade bread, croissants and biscuits also for celiacs. Quality restaurant, so much so that you need to book, as it works a lot with local customers. It feels like home and even if you are traveling alone, you will never feel alone.

23/10/2024: Atmosphere like in a train station hall. Dishes were too salty (especially the spinach and salsiccia). The restaurant appears to have no spoons and only a limited number of oil and vinegar bottles as well as pepper and salt shakers. I can't understand five star reviews at all!

31/08/2024: Nothing made the visit unforgettable. But we really liked the rustic, quiet atmosphere in the mountains. Something different from the hustle and bustle in Bolgheri. And the prices are also really moderate for this region. Especially since the pizza was extremely tasty, as was the pasta. We'd love to come back.

18/11/2024: What a delicious pizza! We have known the restaurant for a good 10 years and it is still good and tasty! So much so that even the little children at the time remembered it and really wanted to eat “that pizza” again. I don't think there is a better pizza of this (non-Neapolitan) style in the local area. Crispy, juicy, aromatic,...mmh. The staff is warm and approachable. The self-service after ordering and the somewhat bright, simple atmosphere do not change the rating. You shouldn't be afraid of the path here. You can park your car down in town and walk through the picturesque Bibbona. You should spontaneously arrive very early, otherwise a reservation is recommended.

20/10/2024: Sono anni che veniamo qui e la pizza è buonissima. Il posto è fuori dal comune semplice e senza servizio ma l'amiamo anche per questa sua particolarità. Se volete mangiare una pizza buonissimo è super consigliato

11/12/2024: Management recently changed, but the pizza chef is the same. Very good chickpea cake, their aubergines delicious, I haven't tried the pizza yet. Clean and rather new environment, even if a little "cold" for a pizzeria. Fast service (I only tried takeaway), but it's always best to book. The manager is courteous.
