30/09/2025: I don't recommend this place for the food; we didn't try the pizza. The typical Castellina appetizer was truly untypical and very industrial, the pumpkin and sausage risotto was inedible...they basically boiled the rice and added the sauce afterwards...even though I was very hungry, I managed to eat half of it, as did my friend. Friendly staff.

16/09/2025: The atmosphere is average, perhaps in the summer. You can choose whether to eat inside or outside. The pizzas aren't very large, and there's a wide variety of pizza types. The only problem is parking closer to the train station. After the Level crossing, it's closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's usually very crowded. You can reserve by calling.

18/10/2025: First of all, I'm giving it one star (if I could give it zero, I would). I went there yesterday on the recommendation of several people, all of whom were satisfied, but for me, it was one of the worst experiences ever. We ordered an appetizer (which was good overall) and two pizzas. His, a simple "gourmet" Margherita, was decent. Mine, on the other hand, a pizza with porcini mushrooms, truffle, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese (also labeled "gourmet" and priced over €20), immediately had a strange smell and taste. I tried to give it a try, thinking it was just too heavy... but no: it was simply disgusting. Some pieces were almost edible, but others had a terrible, nauseating aftertaste, as if one of the ingredients had gone bad. It was inedible; I had to spit it out because it was so disgusting. We reported the issue, and obviously, it wasn't pleasant to find ourselves in this situation in a place that bills itself as "gourmet." After reporting it to the waiter, they only gave me a one-euro discount—crazy. The result: I was sick all night with this disgusting pizza coming back to me. Never again. A place that serves ingredients like that can't be called "quality." A huge disappointment and a ruined evening.

18/10/2025: The gourmet pizza is small and a bit pretentious. The dough could be better. The toppings are good. The platters and desserts are more interesting. It's one of the very few places in the industrial area. Closed on Sundays.

15/08/2025: Delicious pizza, delicious piadinas, excellent service. The owners welcomed us as if they'd known us for years. A 10/10. If you're passing by, stop by and savor the warm welcome... in addition to the great food.

22/06/2025: Siesta? Not here! If you want to eat while sightseeing, this is the perfect place at any time. When everyone is resting, you can eat a piece of pizza with a cold drink 🙂 I recommend it - very nice service and a homely atmosphere 💚

20/10/2025: Dinner with my wife, we ordered two plates of tortelli with meat sauce, both satisfying, a pork shank with fries, a dish so large we ate it for two and truly delicious, as were the fries, a medium draft beer and a small, excellent quality beer, and a coffee to finish the meal. All for less than forty euros, unbelievable. I forgot to mention that to pass the time for the first course, they bring a bag of piping hot schiacciata pieces. The staff is very professional and courteous.

26/09/2025: Best brewery in Casentino (and beyond), wide selection of beers. Menu featuring local ingredients, combining quantity and great quality. Vegetarian menu available. You can't miss this place!!! Friendly, courteous, and professional staff.

12/08/2025: Pizza from Giuseppina and Dino is a guarantee, thin, crispy and made in a wood-fired oven and well-seasoned with excellent products.

08/08/2025: due passi avanti e quattro indietro. Prima si mangiava meglio adesso è più scadente e meno curata nei particolari la pizza. Deludente e scarno l'ambiente, poco intimo, molto sciatto. Non è di casa la pulizia e l'attenzione, il servizio lascia a desiderare e la cortesia non è prorio di casa qui. E, poi, i prezzi sono molto alti.

05/10/2025: Very good, professional staff, abundant dishes are served, the menu changes from day to day and is a fixed menu at lunchtime and includes first course, second course, side dish, 1/5 L water and coffee for €15 you can eat good traditional Tuscan dishes.

09/09/2025: A perfect place for a stop, whether you're on a motorcycle or in a car, or simply want to enjoy a good meal any time of day. Cucina served us at 2:30 PM. The ambiance is unique, with a futuristic design and decorations from around the world, like a painting of Manhattan and a beautiful flower arrangement. The staff is truly kind and polite. The lady who welcomed us made us feel right at home, a truly warm welcome. The cuisine is homemade, simple, and excellent, with very competitive prices. The portions are generous, and the "old Coca-Cola"-style table markers add a nostalgic touch that makes the experience even more special. Instead of waiting in line like so many at Chalet della Consuma, this place is truly a better choice. Affordable prices, top quality! Highly recommended!

09/09/2025: The food and service were very good, and the prices were competitive. The atmosphere wasn't particularly fancy, making it suitable for large groups of young people and friends. However, it was very clean and tidy.
