30/12/2024: This is not the first time we have stayed at this fantastic hotel and it won't be the last either. It's like a second home for us. We usually come in the summer but this year we also spent the Christmas holidays here. It is in the center and close to the ski lifts (whether it is winter for skiing or summer for a beautiful walk on the Plan de Corones). Room with a beautiful view of the mountains, abundant breakfast to start the day in the best possible way and a wide choice for dinner. Everything is so delicious that it's worth repeating! The staff... well what can I say, extremely helpful and attentive to your every need, to the point of even remembering what type of coffee we take. A special thanks to Moira and Damiano, who we met a few years ago and who we are happy to meet again. We can't wait to return!!!!
30/12/2024: we stayed for a week in the hotel, the rooms are spacious and modern, the food is quite good, and the service is friendly and courteous. one flaw and the wellness area a little small.

La cucina è ottima con prodotti locali preparati alla perfezione. Anche la pizzeria ti permette di avere una esperienza di gusto sublime con impasti a lievitazione naturale.
07/09/2024: Come sempre, abbiamo mangiato la migliore pizza della zona.
Anche i pizzoli sono veramente buoni.
Consigliatissimo.

10/09/2024: We went with friends to this restaurant where you can eat from pizza to fish and meat, the food is truly excellent, we took both the raw and cooked seafood, really good and plentiful! The pizza was good too. Some little things should be fixed on an aesthetic level and the service could be a little faster. Quality/price more than fair. Must try!

26/10/2024: Bad experience, the woman at the entrance told us that she didn't take reservations and they would be operational at 8pm. Returning to the place at 8pm. 4pm, the same woman told us that there were no seats and we had to wait for the tables to become free which despite being free people were booked with various surnames. We pointed out to him that he had told us the opposite shortly before and rudely and arrogantly invited us to wait for the tables to become free. So if you intend to go there, camp outside and wait for it to allow you to sit.
11/10/2024: The Trattoria presents itself in a spartan, simple and unpretentious way, but this does not detract from the culinary experience. The restaurant offers both a traditional cuisine menu and a variety of pizzas. We ate very well, with genuine and well-prepared dishes.
The service was punctual and friendly, with particular attention to the customer. An appreciable detail was the sorbet offered by the house, a small gesture that is always a pleasure.
The fried paranza was very fresh and very crunchy, demonstrating the quality of the raw materials used. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making this restaurant a great choice for those looking for a tasty meal without spending too much.

10/11/2024: Seconda delle due incredibili esperienze a Portopalo. Scoperto per caso durante un brevissimo soggiorno. E’ il posto da visitare non solo per la fantastica colazione - cornetti 🥐 di tutti i tipi e farciture, sfogliatelle, cannoli, ecc. - ma anche per la cortesia del personale e i prezzi.
Excellent price/quality ratio.
Overall the best 2 breakfast we had during our trip throughout Sicily.

24/08/2024: Siamo clienti "estivi" da anni del ristorante Popeye e ci siamo sempre trovati bene! E' una location molto particolare: c'e' una sala interna e una esterna con veranda vista mare, insomma e' molto confortevole. Abbiamo provato diverse pietanze: spaghetti e risotto alla marinara, spaghetti alle vongole, alle sarde e al pomodoro fresco per la bimba; inoltre abbiamo assaggiato pepata di cozze e cozze alla marinara. I piatti erano tutti molto buoni e con porzioni adeguate. Il personale e' sempre stato gentile, sorridente e disponibile, in particolare l'unico e inimitabile Sebastiano, che ha accolto sempre le nostre richieste!! Ristorante super consigliato!
