03/11/2025: A beautiful and welcoming place, meticulously crafted and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the aroma of the oven and understand that pizza is a serious business here.
Light dough, a crispy crust yet soft on the inside, and top-quality ingredients. I tried the charcoal pizza with pumpkin cream, sausage, and smoked provola: simply spectacular! A perfect blend of flavors, balanced and surprising.
Attentive and friendly service, clearly showcasing the passion behind everything. Borgo Giarracca is a place you'll want to return to, each time with the certainty of eating a truly special pizza.

Small rooms and/or spaces for tables of varying sizes: there were nine of us around a large, comfortable square table in a private room slightly larger than the table, just enough to allow for table service.
The pizza, with its soft dough, was very good.

27/09/2025: Poor organization. We'd booked a table outside long ago, but they reserved a table for three in the middle of the street. I understand there wasn't room inside, even though it was a very early hour, but after a few minutes, they assigned a better table to people without reservations. We won't be returning to this place.

For goodness sake the pizza dough was really good. Too bad only for the combinations of toppings, in my opinion not very convincing, not to mention the fact that they brought us two similar pizzas with a white base and pistachio and the difference was that one had mortadella and one didn't, but still...
Even the flambé pizza, more show than taste.
In short, with such a good dough and a bit of a shame in my opinion.

26/08/2025: The pizza, unfortunately, looked unappealing, undercooked, compromising its texture. The toppings were sparse and of poor quality, falling short of expectations. The overall flavor was bland and lacking in character, a real shame. I hope they can improve the preparation in the future to offer a more flavorful product. In conclusion, the experience was not a positive one.

06/09/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. So if you ever find yourself in Pedalino or nearby, go for it. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
