The dishes are cooked and served to perfection.
The Chef's skills are remarkable, able to combine traditional dishes with new innovations.
The raw materials are carefully chosen and bring with them the flavors of the area.
The dishes are plentiful, cooked in an excellent way and presented with mastery.
The mise en place and the interiors of the room will be the backdrop for your most important events.

29/06/2025: We went on Saturday night at 9pm, there were eight of us, three pizzas arrived, the other five of us stayed to watch for almost an hour, inedible pizzas, four of us left them practically whole, the others ate half of them because they were hungry, no one cleared the table noticing and asking us anything... at the next tables everyone complained about the wait, confusing service and really bad pizza, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
28/06/2025: "Nightmare Saturday".
I'll start by saying that there's a lot of confusion.
We arrive and no waiter takes any notice of us, so I ask if there's a free seat.
They make me sit down and we're abandoned to our fate.
After several calls with an answer we arrive, I have to get up to get attention.
After a quarter of an hour the order boy arrives as if he was doing me a favor.
We finally order and again abandonment.
The appetizer arrives and we regain confidence.
But promptly abandoned.
The dishes arrive, overcooked pizza with a hole in the center, good mixed roast.
I understand Saturday but if you have 100 tables you must have just as many boys for the service.
Too bad because in the past it was a renowned place.
Never again!!!

And for those who said that the owner was not available, I think they were just jealous. Because today finding an owner who serves at the tables and is attentive to the needs of the customer is really difficult. Congratulations guys, I will definitely be back.
17/04/2025: Strategic location of the restaurant under the Zafferana Etnea park, well organized and welcoming. It has a large car park and mixed outdoor space, if necessary. The vast and complete structured menu drawn from the best Sicilian gastronomic culture satisfies the tastes of Italian and European customers. They complete the attention and care of the family management which provides customers with full satisfaction and good memories that will lead them to return in the future.

14/06/2025: Everything was great! We ate the Sicilian ones, delicious fried panzerotti with a filling of your choice and everything arrived very quickly! We will definitely be back :)))
12/06/2025: Really positive experience! The Sicilian pizza was excellent: soft dough but just the right amount of crunchy, abundant and tasty toppings. You can feel the care and quality of the cuisine in every bite.
The service was also up to par: all the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special applause to the guy who brought the dishes to the table: he managed to bring even 5 or 6 pizzas together with incredible confidence and speed, without ever losing his smile. A true professional, organized and tireless.
We will definitely be back: for the food, for the service and for the beautiful atmosphere you can breathe!

23/03/2025: Pizza super in tutti i sensi, oltre ad essere davvero gigante è ottima la qualità dell'impasto, gli ingredienti scelti di prima qualità, il personale gentile e garbato, tempi di attesa minimi considerato che era sabato sera. C'ero già venuta in passato e si conferma sempre per qualità. Sicuramente nella top five delle pizze migliori che abbia mangiato. Consigliato!

17/11/2024: Cibo buono ma molto caro il conto. Sei fichi d'india 15 euro, tre nodi di salsiccia 12 euro... Mi dispiace ma non ci andrò mai più.
05/10/2024: Abbiamo voluto provare questo locale, ma c'è ne siamo pentiti subito, una lunghissima attesa per sedersi anche se eravamo in due, dopo che abbiamo ordinato dopo un altro po di attesa, abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di 45 minuti per portarci due pizze, che appena arrivate il tempo di tagliarle e assaggiarle, ci siamo resi subito conto fossero CRUDE, immangiabili, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ai vari camerieri, e non ci hanno risposto, anzi hanno fatto faccie menefreghiste, senza parole, abbiamo guardato intorno e chiesto anche ad altre persone, e tutti hanno detto la stessa cosa, addirittura ad una gli hanno consegnato la pasta cruda, non passerò mai più neanche dalla strada!!!!
