10/11/2024: Really excellent pizza, well cooked pasta but always soft and well seasoned, perhaps the menu is a little limited... a few more choices wouldn't hurt. As a service they are very fast, organized and available. The only flaw... on Saturdays if you don't book a few days in advance you never find a place.

09/11/2024: Comfortable, well-kept environment, with a style between modern and rustic that is warm and welcoming. The choice of pizza is truly vast, the ingredients are of high quality and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. For those who love Neapolitan pizza it's the best!

27/07/2024: Let's start with the cover. 2.50 with a tablecloth and paper napkins and with a plastic bottle of water from the supermarket is not good. Let's move on to the pizzas. Increased prices and missing condiments. Doubts about mozzarella which I believe is a food preparation. These are not the pizzas of some time ago that were unsurpassable. I'm sorry to give a negative review. Returned after a month......nothing, they are no longer the pizzas of some time ago...short of toppings and poor quality.

20/04/2024: Gabibbo Express Pizzeria is one of the best restaurants in the entire town of Caltanissetta (what can I say, on the globe!). I ate one of the best pizzas of my life, tasty and genuine. I hope that when I return to my hometown, I can taste a similar culinary masterpiece again. I have high expectations but I'm sure they will be met. The only flaw: the ninety-year-old lady who, with a strong local accent, insulted my ancestors! (Clearly I know that this does not depend on the pizzeria)

03/12/2024: I have been to this establishment twice. Once to eat pizza and all things considered it went well, while a second time for a "dinner". I put "dinner" in quotes because this was based on a multitude of appetizers and a second course of meat. The appetizers cooked and presented I can say that they were all good: cunzato bread, caponata, fresh ricotta, caponata etc.. All very good. The staff was very attentive to satisfy every request, even for encores. The second room, with glass walls, where we were hosted meant that the place was a little cold. However I was satisfied. I recommend it

01/12/2024: Siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, camera accogliente e pulita! Posto ben curato.. Abbiamo cenato, ordinando delle pizze! Servizio veloce, personale gentile.. Al mattino l'accoglienza per la colazione è stata ulteriore conferma di garbo e gentilezza.. consigliatissimo!!
