02/04/2026: This place was an absolute hidden gem and easily the best pasta we had in all of Sicily. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much—the curtains are closed and you might even think it’s not open—but don’t let that fool you. We came here on a recommendation, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible: fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with so much care. Every dish we tried was outstanding. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality we received, which made the experience even better. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate—this place is 100% worth it.
