25/11/2024: We wanted a nice fried fish... And Marcella, very nice and very helpful as always, satisfied us. He prepared us an octopus and potato salad (as an appetizer) and fried calamari (fantastic! soft and dry) accompanied by a few chips on the plate and a small bowl of salad. All delicious 😍😋 For dessert, warm-hearted chocolate cake and lemon and berry sorbet... Super 💯

06/12/2024: If I could give 0 stars I would. We order 4 pizzas (one of which is gluten-free) at 6.00pm for 9.00pm, at the time of collection we go to the pizzeria, we are told that gluten-free pizza cannot be cooked and that we should have taken it raw and cooked it At home. After asking for explanations we were told that the oven hadn't even been turned on and we were asked what we wanted to do, after having asked for at least the normal pizzas we were told that those weren't ready either. The order was probably never marked. We are told that normal pizzas could have been made at that time, but after answering no the girl also got annoyed. Is that any way to work?!

21/11/2024: Excellent pizza, not heavy at all. A dough made as it should be! Fast service and friendly staff. I recommend making a reservation and if you have never eaten it, try it!

26/12/2024: We stayed for 2 nights, my husband, my daughter and our dog, during the Christmas holidays, a very welcoming room, a new structure with details combining modern design and local furnishings. We had dinner at the hotel on Christmas Eve and had a very good meal.

01/12/2024: In the center of Samugheo, new and welcoming rooms and in the restaurant you eat like God. Very helpful staff. For those coming by motorbike, there is no guarded parking but there is parking in front of the building. Advised

22/12/2024: I've been going for a few years and have always had an excellent experience. The pizza is amazing, the staff perfect, kind and helpful. Perfect environment both in summer and winter, for the view of Laconi in summer and for the internal heat in winter. Highly recommended and we will continue to go there and recommend it.

11/01/2025: Il ristorante “Gambero Rosso” di Bosa si distingue per una posizione strategica e comoda, con la possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente. Fin da subito, il servizio si è rivelato impeccabile, accompagnato da un’atmosfera confortevole e accogliente. Ho avuto il piacere di gustare una carbonara deliziosa, preparata con grande cura, e di assaggiare una selezione di antipasti davvero eccezionali, che testimoniano l’attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti. Anche il dolce era molto buono. Ciò che però mi ha colpito di più è stata la straordinaria gentilezza del personale e del proprietario. Nonostante fossimo rimasti oltre l’orario di chiusura, ci è stata offerta ospitalità per ripararci dalla pioggia mentre aspettavo con la mia bambina di 5 mesi. Un gesto semplice ma profondamente umano, che dimostra quanto questo luogo sia più di un ristorante: è un ambiente dove l’ospitalità e l’empatia fanno la differenza. Un’esperienza da consigliare, non solo per l’eccellenza del cibo, ma anche per l’attenzione verso i clienti.

23/12/2024: I was here for the first time last night with a group of friends.. for everyone the pizza was excellent and the service was good.. the desserts were also excellent. The prices are honest 🙂 with well-seasoned pizzas, drinks, desserts, coffee and bitters paying €20 each is a rarity these days. The only sore point, in my opinion, was the myrtle which tasted too much of alcohol and not enough of berry (I'm used to homemade ones with a lot of myrtle). Pizzeria promoted!!😋😋
