17/03/2026: Zero respect for guests. You arrive and the place is closed, but it's supposed to be open. Please update opening days and hours!
20/02/2026: Located in a more tourist oriented town, Il Banjo offers good quality and tasty food in a very nice ambience. Not the most exquisite dining, but for the price range and circumstances very good.
There is a great view of the sea from the terrace area and the staff are friendly and helpful.

24/10/2025: Excellent and attentive service without being intrusive! Multilingual and very friendly and patient with questions about the dishes. Very good food, a large selection, including regional dishes.
Beautifully set tables and a delicious red wine.
In summer, a fantastic view from the terrace of Dargali below, both day and night.
We come here regularly and always enjoy eating here. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
Since we live nearby, we can't rate the hotel, but it's very romantic, and the drive up the mountain is worth it.
12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

14/11/2025: Our August holiday in Sardinia was truly wonderful! Nicola and Teresa are two warmhearted people: kind, helpful, and always ready to help, with a passion for what they do. The apartments are new, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. The restaurant downstairs is also excellent, especially the pizza, which is truly delicious! Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: Very warm welcome from the hotel staff, comfortable, clean rooms and a generous breakfast. Right by the sea, there's nothing better for a successful stay in Cala Gonone! And as an added bonus, excellent ice cream at the Gelateria ;)

The Tiramisu was delicious too and the ambiente is welcoming as well.

23/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, totally forgettable, I see from the reviews that nothing has changed.....to be avoided
10/10/2025: We spent four days at the hotel in October. The location was unbeatable in Cala Gonone, right on the seafront. The spacious room had a jacuzzi on the terrace, new amenities, and sea views from the bed, allowing us to watch the sunrise. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The staff was wonderful, making you feel at home. We will definitely return!

15/06/2024: Ci siamo capitati per caso, pensavamo non ci facessero la pizza essendo già le 22.00 ed invece come se niente fosse ci hanno sfornato 2 pizze enormi ed ottime...oltre a delle patatine fritte ( ps e per una volta non del giorno prima). Consigliato!!
02/04/2024: Sono stato al brigantino di Dorgali, prendo UNA pizza. Erano le 9 e loro mi dicono alle 9:30, io OK va bene, sono le 9:30 e finalmente alle 10:00 mi arriva la pizza. Poi io un' ora ad aspettare loro mi hanno detto che avevano da fare, anche se non c'era nessuno tranne due persone che sene sono andate con DUE pizze.
Morale della storia:
Non sai come spendere il tuo tempo
Vieni da Brigantino 2 a Dorgali
Così ti annoierai fino alla morte.
