31/07/2025: The pizza was excellent, well-leavened and cooked to perfection. I didn't have any allergies or bloating. I also appreciate the option of having a smaller pizza and finally eating the whole thing.

14/07/2025: In a modern setting, yet still evoking the warmth of Valerio's (the owner) family.
We had a really good time; the atmosphere and food were excellent, the prices fair, and the ingredients even more so.
The unusual "ravioli all'anas" (pictured) stand out for dessert.
Recommended.

21/07/2025: Top pizzeria. Very tasty, very fast, very friendly, huge selection. Definitely go there and takeaway. The only downside: it's more of a takeout option. The four tables outside will surely fill up quickly.

28/06/2025: They offer an excellent service, all managed by fantastic people, and super prepared and friendly staff, you can breathe the air of home ... We opted for a very good 🍕 pizza ... we were served some exquisite olives 😋 not to forget the value for money 🔝
My guests were very happy!

28/07/2025: The food arrived incredibly fast, and the pizza was exceptional. The host was very welcoming, and to our surprise, we were treated to a complimentary Nutella pizza to end the meal - absolutely delicious!
09/07/2025: I've been going to the pizzeria "La Minou" for years now. It's a modest establishment with highly experienced staff... pizza?
Old-fashioned flavor... reasonable prices and impeccable service. I recommend it. Via Sicilia, Quartu Sant'Elena.

31/07/2025: We ate there a few days ago. The wait was long, the table was narrow, and the waiters used the window exit and kept coming by, asking to move our chairs.
The bar staff is rude. Very rude.
Highly not recommended.

11/08/2025: We were there last Saturday. Nice place, plenty of tables, open, clean, welcoming, good service, great atmosphere. It's the perfect location for a nice evening. Excellent food. Go there... a good choice. You have to book to be seated.

08/08/2025: We organized an end-of-year pizza party with the school. The place itself is nice. The food is quite good. The only downside is some of the waitresses. They're really rude and slow. We called a waitress over to ask for drinks; she gave us a really nasty and rude look, then approached us. The drinks arrived after 40 minutes.
We ordered desserts and I asked if I could please have two teaspoons. Not seeing that she'd brought an extra one, she turned around and said to me in front of everyone: "Ma'am, there are two teaspoons. How much beer have you had?" I wouldn't have dared, not even with the worst drunkard. Aside from those two waitresses, otherwise, it's a good place to eat.

23/07/2025: Very poor service, starting with the friendliness of the staff. They're very rude. They close at 11:00 PM. How is it possible on an island that welcomes tourists, they have no respect for anyone, starting with the owner, who was on site and did nothing to correct his employees? I don't recommend it to anyone. People are definitely frustrated in their workplaces. There's no professional pride, much less empathy for tourists who come from outside to support you. If I could give an honest review, they wouldn't even deserve a single star. What a crappy place! I strongly advise against it!

27/06/2025: Pizza slices ordered at home were delicious, very hot and well seasoned. It should be noted that they were ordered for 8:30 pm and were very punctual (arrived at 8:25 pm) which is rare nowadays when ordering at home... compliments and thanks for the service.
21/03/2025: Among the best pizzerias in Quartu. But unfortunately this is already the second time that there have been delays and condiments are in short supply. It's a shame because it's really good

That's the only thing I can think of.
I had dinner with friends last night.
The pizzas feature very unusual ingredients (which might not be to everyone's taste), and I was particularly surprised and disappointed that the staff wasn't willing to make them with simple ingredients (among those available on other pizzas).
High prices don't match the expected quality.
Last night they had karaoke as entertainment.
The music was definitely too loud for such a small space.
I had trouble hearing the other diners at my table.
A truly great SHAME, because the location is truly splendid!
20/07/2025: We made a reservation on Thursday for Saturday night for eight people. We arrived promptly at 9:00 PM, and after ordering seven pizzas and one fried octopus, the waitress came over and told us they couldn't make a pizza because they'd run out of dough. Instead of the fried octopus, they brought a fried calamari because they'd run out of octopus. This is unthinkable. At least let us know before ordering.
